I am a usual customer here (for threading). Initially the experience used to be good but these days everyone seems to be in so rush. The staff are in such a rush that half of time the brows aren’t even cleaned properly. The last time I visited one of my eyebrow was left thinner than it other that took me another appointment in a different place to fix it

Sonu bhaiya did ballayage for my hair. He was very caring and completely gave a different look. I simply love the hair colour. He was very dedicated and made sure that I am happy with my hair. Thank you again for making me feel good.

Booked in for facial services. Even after booking the time slot, waiting times more than 30 minutes and no one is attending. Lacks professionalism

They do good eyebrows, but they turned me away at 7: 45 even when the store says it closes at 8pm. I drove 20 mins to get there and when I bought it up with them they told me they they longer take customers for eyebrows at 7: 30pm. Please update your online trading hours. Complete waste of time.
