Very well stocked shop, have everything one might need. Great service. Prices are as expected.

I was in a predicament, getting mum a commode as quickly as possible… the “organisation” took way to long to get back to me. (TWO WEEKS) I took it upon myself to get one. Luckily Kogarah had one left and I snapped it up.
Now we had a trial being picked up and I was hoping the new one would be here on the same day…. AND IT WAS!
Thank you Christine, Alice and Melanie for getting the chair to my mum… you went above and beyond… something the “organisation” FAILS to do every single time lately.

The Manager was so helpful went above and beyond to help me. I needed the knee walker for surgery and she delivered it in her own time so I would have it the next day. Thank you

Had to wait a while for service then had to wait while serving other customers. Still waiting for email invoice. Not happy

Small shop with limited stock on display. Very helpful and courteous staff. Nothing was too much trouble. The prices were good.
I'd recommend this shop to anyone who needed stuff that helps people with all kinds of physical infirmities.

What a great variety they have here for all sorts of equipment to assist independent living. Great staff. They help so much and give a detailed explanation of what ever it is you need and how it works. Prices are so unexpected. I was very impressed. I will always return here for all my needs for assistance when required. Great place to shop. Parking can be a challenge in kogarah but if you don't mind a little walk there is parking on top of the town centre.

Went into the shop and was greeted by two lovely young ladies who were immediately very helpful I was after a Walker as I foolishly left mine in Adelaide. They both were so helpful and put the Walker together and made sure it was the same height as my walking stick.very impressed.the service was great.

Terrible experience here with the entire team and made it very very hard to process with NDIS. Anyone who is self-managed, do not go here as they will make life very difficult for yourself!
Went to purchase a chair for my aunty from here to which the sales lady asked for all NDIS details. She processed it through with the correct colour we were after. She then rang us to tell us they are unable to process it through NDIS which i was surprised as i had a great experience with the company NOVIS at lane cove to while the processed everything over the phone. Anyway, helped my aunty claim it through the portal to which we ended up paying ILS. We then paid them and they had mentioned the chair is currently out of stock and they will be getting it shortly. They then emailed to say the chair is in stock in kogarah, so i rang to confirm it is all correct, because when i did go there it was a completely different colour. When i did ring back, they said they couldnt find payment etc, after 10 minutes they finally found the payment to which i said is it the correct colour. They then said its not and they will order it for us and it will arrive in 3 business days. When the chair arrived it was the wrong colour. I feel like this was a rollercoaster for us to just get one chair. I then called and asked what was going on and no-one could tell me and someone had to call back. Just from the service i recieved i wanted all my money back straight away. She then proceeded to say it was an error, which i completely understand, errors happen however this was 3 times back and forth about the same thing. The same error occuring the same time is unacceptable. I did say i wanted to money back to which they said the chair is available in november! If i knew from the start it is available in november, i would have been fine with this, however the service i recieved, this company was not recieving any money. They then said they will pick up the chair free of charge and speaking like they were doing me a favour by not charging when it was entirely there fault. Once the chair was picked up, this company kept calling me to see if the chair was picked up like they were desperate to see. They all work for the same company, i do not understand why someone needed to keep calling to see when i am sure you can see on the system or just wait as you already had a very unahppy customer. I will NOT recommend this place to purchase anything as the service was rubbish from start to finish. Do not wish anyone to go through that service, and everyone is much better off going elsewhere! I know i do rely on these reviews when looking for places to go or from what people recommend, so i hope this review helps with making your decision of not going here!

I can't thank Rima enough for her outstanding customer service. She had thorough knowledge of the product I purchased and went above and beyond dealing with me. What an absolute pleasure.

Just purchased a toilet frame aid for my 92 year old nanny! Shop staff was not helpful and prior to going there I called ahead to get frame measurements, she had no idea how to use the measuring tape! Told me the wrong measurements and when I paid for the item I asked if o could get help taking it to car as I had my toddler with me, her response se was oh where are you parked? Oh you have a the small car (referring to the ph call made where I needed to know if I could fit it in my car)! I'm like six spaces out the front down near the Orthodox Church! She said oh no could you go get your car and bring it out the front and I'll bring it to you? ! SERIOUSLY? I'm mean it's sprinkling and I'm worried about holding my sons hand and getting back to the car safely! She couldn't even help me to the car 20 metres away! Honestly, what rubbish! No heart, I don't know how people can work in a shop like this and not be helpful or knowledgeable?

I'm re evaluating my experience with this shop due to a new purchase and feel that based on that one time and encounter with one of the employees I have decided to let you know that I went back after a few weeks to purchase another toilet aid frame for my parents house for when my nanny stays over there!

Firstly I went back a little reluctantly at first only cause of my last experience there, however in saying that they had the product I needed at the best price I could find! So I went in to re purchase another one and this is how it went down!

I walked in there and was very politely greeted with a big smile and hello how are you today!
So we were off to a good start and let me say I was very surprised how lovely this lady was to me! I got all the help I needed and was was given extra advice on other aids I had asked her about with a good positive and knowledgeable vibe! We even had some laughs when I was told the trick on how to tell if a fur was real or not! Totally unrelated but they had sheepskin throws over the arm chairs! However it made both by daughter and I laugh and we learnt a couple of things that day!

Firstly a big huge Thankyou to Jules for making me feel comfortable and being so sweet!

Secondly I would say other than learning about how to tell if fur is real or fake which was pretty cool although funny
Sometimes people can have a bad experience somewhere and it could because they have had a bad day or a personal problem that you may be unaware of!

So maybe I was a little shocked and cranky with what happened that day and probably shouldn't have jumped on to give a negative review! I was really myself having a hard time coming to terms with the loss of my father and also realising my nanny's health is declining although my nanny's a great age it was and is a bit hard to handle on some days and yeh I'm just letting people know that sometimes we have bad days!

Overall I want to say a big Thankyou to Jules for making me smile and being so helpful and nice!

You cannot go wrong walk in to this shop to find what you need. Jules is super helpful and friendly and practically helped me more than she should. During the urgent matter that I was facing, she is caring and made sure that I get the right information regarding to what I need and even go as far as contacting other people to make sure that I get the help that I need. I really appreciate all the help and advise from Jules. Thank you Jules for everything!:) Really, THANK YOU!

I have just been into the Center at Belgrave Street in Kogarah, I wish to recommend this center to anyone who is in need of Some wonderful Service, Someone that"s goes that extra step, They are all wonderful in there and its such a pleasant experience. Nice that I was made so Welcome, There was another gentleman that was there at the same time and we were all able to chat and have a laugh. That's Pleasant shopping. Which is very rare these days.
