Victoria from in2staffing just gave me a call and has very rude responses, never heard someone speak to me in such a way. If i need to prepare before heading out to a jobsite and set a clear timeframe dont judge me for needing to be prepared and talking ill of me.

Disappointed. I filled out the forms in good faith that I would receive work but I was completely bamboozled. Excuse after excuse from the consultant, my need for work was swept under the rug and I never received contact from her.

Guys, do not hand in the paperwork until the client you signed up for gives the green light. Lesson Learned

Notice about a family emergency doesn’t matter to them. Was told it will be fine and when I couldn’t come because of it was spoken to rudely. Agency doesn’t care about anyone but themselves. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Both experiences on the phone were poor. Last one in particular when the lady just huffed at me because I didn't call at a convenient time for her.she was busy making sure all staff were on site.my fault for not knowing her schedule I guess!

I must say how awful experience i had.the lady old lady was racist to me on the phone towards me.

She through my papers to go sign up so they can claim free gov money. Do not fall for the scam.

They look after their staff I turned up at the job at Burkshire Park half an hour before my start time I’ll leave them to tell me my shift was cancelled and the next day two other guys on same shift It’s who you know there

Spoke to a lady enquiring about my payslip and pay.
She was utterly disgusting and so rude, even laughed when I said I only worked the one day due to sickness.

Due to covid I lost my job and in 2 staffing went above and beyond to get me employment. The customer service is impeccable and I've been highly recommending them to friends and family in need of jobs also.
Thanks to everyone here, I can now keep a roof over my head and food on the table!

First time going in for an interview, and I’ve got to say Mary was the nicest lady I’ve ever gotten interviewed with. Staff members were the best. They were all very welcoming and kind. Thanks to Mary for being the bestest yet the most honest person that I’ve ever come across in for an interview ️

Job descrition is different from the actual work they offer. Whatever skills you have you'll end up on manual heavy lifting.

Great recruitment agency, friendly team and easy to communicate with. They have provided me a variety of jobs local to me.

Desperately looking for a job, I applied to many jobs & I got a call back to provide further reference. I called them back to give them more reference & the man that took my call told me to call back Tuesday because the lady I asked for will be in by Tuesday. ‍️ I mean, I'm looking for a job to provide for my family & I'll have to wait till Tuesday to even get in ‍️ smh!

Basically told me to go door knock at factory because of my lack of experience. And said I wasn't trying hard enough. Like im here in your agency trying right now!?

Rude and very against my career goals which was hard to hear.

It was a bit of a rough start but that may have been partly my fault as I had a gut full of recruitment agencies by the time I arrived at IN2, however, the staff at IN2 staffing were kindly understanding and sympathetic to my situation. They were the only agency between Penrith to parramatta to sit with me and get a good understanding if my skill level, the time and cost that it took for me to obtain my heavy machinery tickets and experience (thanks Mary). They were the only agency to answer my calls and return my calls when they said they would and they had me in work with an industry high pay level at Australia’s largest recycling companies which as already lead to a permanent full time roll being offered me after only 1 week (thanks Victoria). Victoria (the owner of IN2 staffing) personally came out to site in the first week and met me and was truely interested in my experience, she showed true joy hearing my experience.
Pay rate is more than fair. Pay is in the bank on time. Keep up the good work IN2 staffing and providing a positive example to the dead beat agencies just in it for the gov rebate.
The guys at IN2 are the industry best for western Sydney so if your fair dinkum ready for work go and see Victoria and Mary and all the guys at IN2.

Started work the day I came in fabulous staff such a great team I will say that on my 2nd day the other lady who started with me had a sick day and the company was so angry at the agency I feel bad that the agency cops all the backlash when people chuck sick days no wonder they get replaced

Note to Casuals: Who holds the power to allow fairness and Equal work rights?

We do. We create more agencies that offer fair pay, and Equal rights.
It's a numbers game and we United are the power.
Agencies have no choice other than expanding if nobody works for the unfair agency that is ruled by greed while paying minimal wages to casuals in 2019
We have the numbers and power to create more agencies that have no option other than pay the people the correct wages that allows the agency to exist.
The people must unite!

They even bullied and laughed at an Indian guy they interviewed before me.
The pay rates are all lies.
They are greedy and racist.

Very rude staff towards the worker. So mean ppl made me cry over the phone. Only worked for couple of days don’t wanna work with them anymore

Staff are disgustingly rude, would never use this company's services again. Absolutely zero people skills and terrible phone manner. Would be more suited to a role with no human interaction with her level of respect.

I worked here for a day, ended up leaving as they seemed very unorganized with inconsistent job offerings
