I was mocked for no reason. I just asked a simple question. I’m not comfortable shopping there now.

Friendly staff, good price, clean and so organised easy to find, you got all sports wear in there.

I never write review online before but i have to say that i’m so impress how Insport Liverpool store improve since my last visited maybe a couple month ago i can’t remember. 2days ago I visit there again and I saw a few new staffs that are so friendly and helpful. On top of that the store look very clean and organised very easy to find what i’m looking for. I will definitely come back again soon ️

I have never been to a better in sport than this one. The service from Matthew was impeccable and he helped me with all my needs. Not gonna lie he was pretty cute as well xx will definitely come back just to see him.

I was looking for sizing and the staff were to interested in their own conversations. I’m okay with talking to each other but these guys were yelling and laughing SO loud it was unbearable and so rude. Nobody refused to help me & while 4 of them stood a metre from me I had to interrupt their convo. They would answer my questions and go back to yelling & laughing. I would have left the store but this store had what I need. I wouldn’t ever shop there again.

I’ve been coming to this insport store for years and have always received the warmest welcome and greatest customer service. My last visit was by far my best experience, I had Matthew serve me. He was able to assist me with sizing and guide me in the right direction with what I wanted. Matthew should be credited for all his hard efforts. He always has a positive attitude and contagious smile. Thankyou for all your hard work!

This store is an absolute joke of a sport shop. When I walked into the shop, all the girls completely ignored the fact that there was multiple customers not being served.

Today I went to look some good runners, and all I got was bad customer service, was not pleased with the non filtered conversation. Store has no range of products.

Worst customer service. I went to buy some shoes on a Wednesday morning, it was a quiet day, I could see some staff busy merchandising displays but there were few other staff chatting about what to have for lunch, no one bother acknowledging me as if I wasn’t there. So I just left and never going back again. Customer service is key nowadays, so if you can’t even say hello to a customers, then you have serious problem.

The worst customer service ever. Came back to store due to them giving me a pair of shoes that were both for the left foot. The blonde long hair lady asked me to wait at the end of the line with very bad manners before I could even tell her the problem. She didn’t even take the time to glance at my receipt. Never shopping in this store again!

Insport didn’t have anything insport that I was after. If anything really old cheap stock. The store layout itself is messy with merchandise everywhere on tables unfolded, appeared out dated, not much room to move around especially if trying to overtake another customer. Lack of staff present to assist. Looks like a $2 discount store.

Was a disappointment. I remember insport to be better than footlocker but now.completely down hill.

Hey to whom it may concern, this shop is always a blessing to come to. The boys are really comfortable to approach and chat, especially about football. The music is always on point. The workers dealt with a really bad and explicit customer really well. Only issue is, the stock is a decade behind. Insport needs to start obtaining some more modern and popular shoes

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was in the store for at least 10 minutes because I wanted to buy Nike toddler beach slides, but one major problem: I couldn’t even get to them because they had boxes 2m high blocking you to view them. As I started to move the boxes of stock (I’m assuming) to the side I saw one of the workers walking in my direction. I grabbed the shoe that I wanted and was about to ask her for a different size to try on my daughter but instead she walked RIGHT past me to the stock room whilst singing loudly a VERY inappropriate song (will not repeat but it did contain bl**jobs). Mind you I was the ONLY person in the store and there was at least 5 people on staff. Nobody asked if I needed any assistance so I made the decision to put the stock boxes back where they were (a hazard) and walk downstairs to sportco and buy the same pair instead. They even gave me a 10% discount.

Amazing service, staff was happy to help me with what I needed, excellent taste in music in the store. Overall a wonderful experience that I will recommend to family and friends.

I love doing my year round shopping in this store, out of all the stores ive been to, this is my favourite with the customer service and great choice of music.
