I came into the shop today without notice to fix a mirror and rear break bulb. I was not referred nor did I have a preexisting relationship. Tim was earnest in providing honest advice regarding the mirror, which saved me spending hundreds of dollars. Bulb change was done on the spot, despite the yard being packed, and I was out within 15 minutes.

I have dealt with Tim multiple times, and returned for more business. I highly recommend taking your car to In-Line Body Works. Excellent workmanship, honest, punctual and well priced.

Had my car for 5 months with no update or call. Organised from NRMA which was also a nightmare where they were blaming the repairer, and the repairer blaming the insurance. They offered a measly e-safety check as an apology which I agreed to, and couldn't even do that with no call or update or even an apology. Terrible Customer Service.

Tim and the team from In-Line Body Works have provided me with an exceptional body panel repair service. My car was involved in a pretty gnarly rear-end accident as pictured in the photos and it was my first time being involved in an accident so I was worried how the damage on my car could be reverted. Despite my worries, the team was very accommodating ensuring me that they will do their best to fix the car. After seeing some of the amazing work they have done, I would not want to fix my car anywhere else. From regular updates through texts and calls, the service they have provided was spectacular and I felt reassured throughout the whole process. Tim was always at my beck and call whenever I had any worries and he answered all my questions phenomenally. The customer service from this body shop will not be matched anywhere else!
Whether it was stock or in my case, aftermarket parts, Tim has a range of connections to ensure that all the parts I had on originally were sourced and fitted perfectly.
