Worst worst experience they charged me double for scan and also they booked wrong week scan… even don’t apologised and said again cost for scan

Terrible experience getting an obstetric ultrasound for suspected miscarriage.the Sonographer was very insensitive asking me "what's the story" not sure why she needs to know "the story" she is not a physician.all the relevant information is written on the referral. Baby thankfully had a heartbeat but i was left feeling very triggered at the lack of empathy and compassion.i wouldn't recommend going there for sensitive matters.

Terrible customer service. We were given incorrect information and in focus radiology were not interested in rectifying their mistake or apologising. My wife phoned to check if she needed to make an appointment, the receptionist asked questions told her she could just walk in with no appointment but to make sure she fasted for 6 hours beforehand as she was having an ultrasound. We did this and then when we arrived were then told we would have to come back at the end of the week for an urgent ultrasound. They did not care that we we given wrong information and refused to take responsibility. Appalling way to treat patients. There are much better services around.

I've been using this radiography practice almost since they opened - must be at least 5 years now. This time it's for my elbow. As usual Ian (and all his team) are just wonderful - they all have his positive attitude to all the patients that go in and out. Never have to wait long for an appointment or AT an appointment. They take the time to explain the process so you have confidence in them from the start. Once again, thank you for your kindness and your professional courtesy.

I just wanted to say how friendly and helpful the staff are at In Focus Radiology, Warners Bay. I have used their services on a number of occasions and they have gone out of their way to give me appointment times that fit in with my work. They also bulk bill which is awesome!

I was getting changed into a gown for an xray and the radiologist opened the door exposing me to herself and another person standing nearby. I was extremely humiliated and she didn't even say sorry. Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional. Do not go there.

Lost my scans. My doctor never received them and tried to get them but to no avail. Scan staff was friendly though.

I found Focus Radiology very helpful and professional. Anyone wanting an accurate diagnosis in a relaxed atmosphere then I totally recommend them. My appointment was on time with no waiting.
