Lisa is such a warm and welcoming light! I am always greeted with a genuine smile, the room is inviting, and she holds space to unpack everything that you need to step away from.

A lot of what comes up during a reiki session is a validation of how I have intuitively been feeling but didn't have the words for yet, or a fresh perspective that I hadn't thought to consider. She really takes the time and energy to make this process as effortless and smooth as possible. I always leave feeling so calm and relaxed; her reiki sessions are like hitting the reset button that enables you to go back to your day feeling centered and aligned.
