Impressive Built-in Wardrobes

Found and went with Impressive wardrobes after reading glowing reviews. I went to visit the showroom and that sealed the deal. I spoke to Jackie who was so lovely, and met Jonny, Issac and team who were so attentive, patient and so knowledgeable. Great customer service.

George, who coducted the measure and quote was brilliant and his expertise invaluable.

Sultan has done a fantastic job with our wardrobes, he managed to fit the bulkheads in easily & he was quick & professional! We have used impressive before & their wardrobes have been great for the price!

We recently engaged Impressive Wardrobes to install three wardrobes. 2 of the 3 were installed to a high standard and unfortunately there was some damage to the third (that occurred in transit) that the installer was unable to fix on site. I raised the defects with Impressive Wardrobes and their Operations Manager (Joseph) was very professional and prompt in rectifying them. He sent his two most senior and experienced installers (Carlos and Daniel) to replace the damaged parts and Carlos even improved the aesthetics of the wardrobe by removing a false floor to a set of draws, so we could see our (newly laid) floorboards underneath.

My wife and I are really impressed with all three wardrobes and the high level of customer service shown by Joseph and will be happy to use Impressive Wardrobes again in the future.

We had a an excellent experience with Impressive Wardrobes. The quoting process was quick, efficient and professional and the team worked with us to customise our wardrobe design. Carlos and team did an excellent job with a tricky installation - the floors and walls in our old terrace house are quite uneven and there was a lot of fine adjustment and levelling required. They obviously take pride in their work and the attention to detail really shows in the results. We're very happy with how our new wardrobe and cupboard doors look and functions and would definitely recommend Impressive Wardrobes to others.

Impressive Wardrobes worked tirelessly to bring our vision to life and now we are left with a wall cabinet/tv unit which looks like it was built with our house.

I wanted mirrors on my existing wardrobe doors and Impressive Wardrobes did a fantastic job. They always picked up the phone and did everything on time. Price was reasonable.

Like the names suggests - a very ‘impressive’ service. Great quality and value. We got custom built ins and cabinetry and love it all. Friendly professional staff too.

First impression was good to start, quote was prompt and easy and the visit to measure and find places to put wardrobe was easy and helpful
The day of installation was where all the trouble started, we never got the courtesy phone call we were promised by email before the installer arrived. Wally upon entering our home and being told which two back rooms he would be working in while my hubby was outside with the puppy decided to enter my closed door private bedroom without knocking while I was dressing
Upon questioning why he replied “my English no good and I was looking for a power point” which we have many in the lounge room he was standing in so why come in a closed door room?
Once the job was completed we noticed a lot of broken shelves, cracks, edges there were not filled properly and overall holes exposed with screws sticking out making it extremely dangerous to touch

I emailed the company to no reply at first and then finally I had two phone calls, one from Isac who apologised but laughed when I told him what his installer did and Joseph who was sincerely apologic and informed me that Walid was reprimanded and that all the problems would be fixed

I had Joseph arrange promptly a different installer to come out as I refused to have Wally re enter my home as for the entire day he was there I felt extremely violated and uncomfortable. The following weekend Ahmad did give hubby the courtesy call but I was promised by email arrival between 9a-10am but he turned up at 8.45am with only a 20 minute warning which I was prepared for as my anxiety from Walid's last visit triggered me to wake up extremely early. I believe they need to work on improving this area as communication could be better. Overall Ahmad did beautifully fixing all the problems and leaving me with extra stickers and a extra shelf too and Joseph went above and beyond to ensure i was happy with everything

It’s a shame they have Wally working for them because my experience was okay but due to his role in this company it reflects poorly on them as a company

David Li installed my office furniture recently and the workmanship and attention to detail was simply fantastic. David was friendly and very professional. It looks incredible. Thanks.

I had a home desk, designed and installed, this is my second one from this company, always loved their wardrobes and built in furniture. The desk this time was quite fiddly and lots of pieces everywhere. The installer David Li was amazing did the job to perfection and everything was spotless afterwards.

I approached Impressive wardrobe after an ugly experience with my previous wardrobe fitter. I really appreciate the professionalism in impressive wardrobe’s approach to their clients. They give you a schedule and they stick to it.right from the time I got in touch with Shiva, he met me at a time convenient to us, was a good listener, problem solver, had a lot of patience and did not rush us through the process. He kept up to his word when he said he’ll fine tune the drawing on his second Visit.he was in constant touch to see if we were comfortable with the plan he drew for us.

When it came to fitting, Ali Noori and his father are a great combination and worked very professionally to get our wardrobes done.we even had last minute challenges and other requests which they happily accommodated during fixture. It is rare to see tradesmen who possess such excellent ethics.they missed out on a part which they delivered and fitted the next day as promised.

The entire team functions in a punctual manner and are respectful to their clients. I can see the employees are happy at impressive, they must be doing something right. I would also like to take the time to appreciate Rachel, Jaquie and Emma for their follow ups

Every step of the process with Impressive Wardrobes was refreshingly easy, cost efficient and timely. The initial quote was dine in home and it was very professional. They offered me different options to suit my needs. The payment process was also very easy. They use an online system where you can see tour deposit, total owing and upcoming payments. They called me to conform my booking and installation date and the installer was great with communication. Best interaction I've ever had with trades people. The cupboard has been perfect for our needs and was great value for money, excellent quality. We will use Impressive again and recommend them to others.
