The most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with, and check their building license! They should be BANNED.
To put it in perspective a PAID IN FULL 1.9m x 2m kitchen is STILL unfinished after nearly TWO years. Repeatedly lied to, asked to pay for their mistakes, taken multiple days off work with them not showing, sending untrained and unskilled tradespeople to do the work, leaving the site and common areas in a filthy mess. These people do not deserve your hard earned money. Run the other way immediately!

I received very good customer service from the team at Imperial Glass and Timber - there were some issues with a 3rd party delivery agent, but they followed up and kept me informed to ensure all went well. Thanks Rose.

Great company. The guys looked after me Re new draw handles. On my second purchase the boys threw in an extra 4 handles and screws for a built in wardrobe draws. I thanked them in a email most helpful also when communicating about purchasing goods.

I designed my own cabinetry and tried to get a few quotations around. Among all, Imperial offered me the most reliable price. I decided to proceed with them after meeting and few discussions. I was quite skeptical with my own design and colors but the team managed to convince me with the best selections. They are easy to work with, very accomodative esp.to my budget endless amendments.

The only thing that was an issue was the timing, we waited for months for the cabinet to be installed after the final draft - it has been postponed due to production being delayed, but i guess it is what it is - you cant do anything about it - the end result is worth all the wait. We are so delighted that it turned out the way I imagined.

The shelving is just beautiful, sleek and clean to look at - we received a lot of compliments for that! There are tiny details that can be improved but this works well to our budget. Now, no more toy clutters! I definitely recommend them if you want your design to come to reality!

Highly recommended company. Very professional, an excellent family business who are keen about their business reputation. Very good communications skills, however sometimes it is hard to get their phone answered immediatlely.

Great workmanship, timing and product. Very happy with the result in cabinetry as well as the shower screen! Had to be custom built as not a standard size. Didn't feel at all difficult in any way. Loved it. Will definitely be using again.

I designed an inspo custom ribbed TV unit with Imperial Glass and Timber. It was brought to life better than imagined. From the colours to the stone selection and amazing craftsmanship it was second to none. One particular aspect of the service was Mustapha's solution focused mentality and attention to detail.
