After posting a negative review during the initial installation because of communication frustration, the kitchen then proceeded ok. The finished kitchen is excellent, good quality and fine attention to detail. Eventually very happy with the result. Just hope Impala learns how important customer liaison, project management and communication are to their clients

My current experience is the opposite of the other reviews. Now in the middle of the process, cupboards delivered but not installed. There has been extreme stress every day since the beginning of the process with ZERO communication.
We were told the tradesmen would call the night before, it's never happened. We have a contact mobile number for Holly who will handle the customer service upto installation. Calling its just a message that she is on leave for several months. On calling the Seven Hills number there was no answer forthe first 2 days. Subsequently found out Jackie works part time and not until 10am.
Cupboards delivered late. Installation work for 2 hrs yesterday. This morning 1/9/23 I was at the property 7am for an agreed start at 7.30. No one had arrived by 10am so I abandoned the visit. Frustration every day because there is no way to contact anyone. The service level is beyond unacceptable, it's disgusting. Made a huge mistake by agreeing to pay the full amount in advance. Now considering abandoning the installation passing the matter to our solicitor

Our new kitchen was installed by Impala in 2022. From my very first visit to the showroom to the very end of installation I couldn’t be happier. The communication, service & advice along the way from various staff was excellent. They offer friendly & knowledgeable customer support and nothing was too much trouble. I was so worried about the disruption to my life/household but in the end it was all over in a few weeks.

The whole process was stress free, I need not have worried so much. Everything went according to plan with no delays. The tradespeople turned up on time and the whole job was done in the time they said. I would highly recommend. I absolutely love my new little kitchen. It was well worth it.

I recently hired Impala to custom make an entertainment unit in my lounge area to suit the new tv I purchased and I am extremely pleased with the result. I previously used Impala for my kitchen in my new build years ago and the workmanship is excellent which is why I reached out again.

Delighted Customers
From the measuring of our kitchen right through to sign-off, we found Impala Kitchen’s coordination to be top notch. It was seamless across all the trades and transparent in every respect. The various trades kept us always informed and were friendly and helpful with any minor changes. They gave us dates for the different jobs and stuck to them - the splashback was brought forward a day for mutual convenience.
I didn't realize how hard it was fitting all the cupboards, benchtops, appliances and services in a small area. The tradesmen were excellent at their jobs and couldn't be faulted.

My project was always going to be something special, evolving the official family residence that has been home for over 60 years.

It was absolutely critical that any change would respect that of its original builder and designers - my beloved Parents. And for this, Impala proved to be the ultimate choice in partnering to make this happen across the Laundry, Main Bathroom, Ensuite and Master Bedroom.

Everyone from Paul, Amber and Robert who provided me with so much guidance along the way, I could not have asked for anyone better to work with. An even bigger credit to the skilled workers with whom you deployed on site - they are truly gifted and talented people across demolition, plumbing, electrical and especially tiling and carpentry who applied so much passion into the project.

As with any renovation, we had everything thrown at us however your professionalism provided the strongest of foundations to deliver what I believe will be around for a very long time.

Exceptional Customer Service
Gloria was our designer at Impala Kitchens, from the moment we sat down with her to discuss what we were looking for, we knew she would get the job of transforming our kitchen.
Not only did she take time to explain things to us, she is extremely easy to work with.
The design is everything we wanted, we adore working in our new modern space.
We cannot thank Gloria enough, she made the whole process flow, she was constantly in touch making us feel a priority.
Not one tradesman let us down, they were all so easy to have in the house.

Impala installed our new kitchen in 2004 and it has been fabulous in all respects. Our microwave - fully fitted - sadly passed away about a month ago. After we decided on a replacement we contacted Impala to install the new microwave. They were terrific. Tracey (office) was patient, understanding and helpful. When John came to perform the installation he was amazing - meticulous, patient and thorough. Once he finished the work, he cleaned up and removed all incidentals.

This all happened within days of our initial phone call. Thanks indeed to both Tracey and John - and of course Impala.

Laundry upgrade
Impala Kitchens did an excellent job in the upgrade of our laundry. We have so much more functionality now.
We received excellent help from Cara with the design and selection of the materials and colours.
The tradesmen who completed the different jobs were on time, efficient and they also always cleaned up after themselves.

We are really happy with our kitchen after using Impala. The design process was great and consultative and the majority of the install went smoothly. There could be some better / clearer communication during the process at some of the early stages in particular. Overall though a relatively smooth experience.

We have had both a kitchen and an en-suite bathroom plus walk in wardrobe renovated by Impala.

In both cases we were very happy with the results. Both jobs resulted in rooms that are much more functional and attractive than before, so credit to the designers.

During the most recent job, the bathroom, we were very impressed by the diligence and attention to detail by the supervisor Robert Aguizzerabal (apologies for the poor spelling!).

The only real issue is that the cabinetry section could be improved. With both the kitchen and bathroom some of the cabinets had problems at first which had to go back for rectification. This process took far too long, but we were happy with the end result.

We would definitely go back to Impala if/when we get the main bathroom renovated.

It took a while but the result is all worth it. We love our new kitchen! We wanted to make our new kitchen to match the style of our house - which is Tuscan. From the first visit of Impala designer, Andrew, we felt listened to. His proposed design of our kitchen exceeded our expectations! We didn’t know that we can have so much space in our kitchen! The layout is both functional and elegant- he even managed to fit in a small butlers kitchen/ walk-in pantry.
During construction all tradesmen were highly skilled and this includes the workshop staff. I wanted to have a traditional/fancy shape of a range hood canopy. As I understand the canopy was manufactured 5 times to get the good shape - we found this out only after the completion. This canopy together with marble mosaic were planned as focal point of the kitchen and Impala team have delivered! The tiler managed to seamlessly implement mosaic into tiled wall and hood dimensions matched pecisely the marble splash back. John, the owner, was always available on the phone and responsive during the process of construction which made us feel comfortable. The effect is just very elegant and functional kitchen that adds style to our house. I highly recommend this company.

I love my new kitchen! The end result was what I envisaged right from the design concept. Thank you Tim. A great team effort by all who worked on this project. The bathroom will be next.
