IMO Car Wash

Although shut for maintenance one of their team took the time to clean my windscreen for no charge- very much appreciated

Been to this imo car wash a few times, I've found the staff members to be very friendly and do a very great job on getting the bugs and bird poo off my car, I was most impressed with my car when I got it detailed, I asked the man's name who done it and he said his name is Mick and he is the manager of imo, I told him I was impressed with his work and gave him a tip, he said that every tip he gets he saves it for his grandchildren for Christmas, I definitely will be taking my car back there and will be letting my family and friends know about getting there cars detailed there, the prices are the cheapest in town, great job Mick, I'm one happy customer

Used the self washing hose and brush, both hoses broken and foamy soap coming out of split hose onto my clothing. Dirty water and doesn’t take coins.

0 stars. I went through this car wash and came out with several deep scratches all over my car and it was still filthy. My top coat is completely ruined and bubbled! I went back and showed the man the damage, I was told to leave my contact information and a description of what happened so the boss can call me and I’m still waiting for that call a month later. Absolutely appalling service. I’ve essentially paid sometime to scratch and ruin my top coat instead of clean it. Photos don’t do it justice, there are even more scratches on my roof than what is pictured.

Very ordinary.had to clean off dirt spots and insect marks myself after the wash.
Do it yourself, you'll get a better result.

Good gods of waxing on and waxing off, what the hell is going on with this car wash? Drove into the self clean bays with a bag of gold, only the machines don't take coins. Well okay, card it is. Oh a $5 minimum on the card? Really? Okay right. But the machines don't like my card nor my phone, even if you follow the instructions and hold either near the box without touching, standing there for 6 to 10 months with nothing happening.
While I was there someone parked in the vacuum bay and then wandered off, possibly to find some lunch or something.
Took my dusty and spider filled Beamer to another car wash where they were so happy to accept my gold, the power hose gushed tears of pre soak in happiness.
That's a hard pass for me IMO.

Very handy car wash. Put car in for a detail, and walked down to mall to pickup supplies. Car was ready when I came back.

New management at the car wash. Looks like everything has been upgraded since my last 2 star experience. Now clearly 4 stars.


Been using this car wash for years every Friday until the owner started to work there (I think). A grumpy fella that always points out something wrong. Last time I took the $10 job and he only wanted cash to save a few pennies. He took $2 extra and I let it go to avoid more conflict. Now I avoid the place. BTW the workers are fine no probs there. Clear directions and no fuss.

Street Sign says washes start at $9.00
but menu options list $11 as the basic wash (without wax).
Reported to management who said they will investigate.

Very disappointed and will never wash my car there anymore. I opted for a mini detailing service ($68) and he only just vacuumed and wash my car through the turnel. Firstly he tricked me by saying he’s busy and will have to call his “brother “to wash the car and when I returned to pick my car and expressed my disappointment, he accepted his “ so called brother “ didn’t do a good job, he spent another 30mins cleaning stains in and out of the car. None of the detailing service I read on the board (dashboard and tyre shine etc) was done on the car, he only told me it’s an old poster and the new posters haven’t arrived from Sydney lol. (charging me for the price on the old poster and not doing what’s on it) SO DODGY.

I just went through and asked for $13 car wash at around 910am this morning. The guy entered $913 on the manual EFTPOS machine. Normally give people the benefit of the doubt but 9 is no where near 1 on a keypad. No apology from your shady attendant. Shameful behaviour. I won't be back and will definately be warning friends and family.

Used lavington car wash today, NEVER AGAIN cost has risen from $4 to $9 car was just as dirty after as before. The rotating brush never came up over the bonnett and i now have a deep scratch across the back of my ford territory.

I wish that there were more IMO car washes. I've been a loyal customer of the Mill Park wash since moving to the area about 12 years ago.

This place is terrible. Got the $18 bundle and the tracks broke. Had to drive out mid wash.

I attended today for carwash. Staff very attentive to detail. Giving vehicle a proper clean prior to wash. Very cheap and reasonable price. Good result afterwards. Highly recommended. Worth 500 stars

Staff are very rude, scoff when you don't choose a wash option that's "expensive" and yell at you about how to use the car wash even though you've been there many times. I avoid this place at all costs now.

Guy operating this car wash is real con man, greedy for money, trash service even with expensive option chosen and demands cash so he do not have to pay tax, sneaky mate!

Have been happily taking the work vehicle for its weekly wash here for ages. But won't take card anymore due to "new owners" so no longer can use them, can't take cash out on the work card.

Great car wash, but the manager is such a rude pig! I won't go there if he is working, he needs to go!
