IMO Car Wash

Had my i30 washed at Mt Annan. Front windscreen streaky, back window dirty, hatch left with dirty patches and back bumper bar and number plate surrounds filthy.

Charged me for tyre shine but didn't get it. Went there last Thursday at 6.45pm and they were closed. Website says open until 7pm on Thursday.

Pathetic staff working there who does not even have any sense of carwash. Just idiots scratching people’s new cars.
I specifically ask the person not to use the brush on car body. Still he did it and put swirls all over my new car’s paint.

Overrated, would recommend normal carwash centre. Car was not clean and can see a scratch was left on the windshield with the high brush force

A bit on the expensive side, if the brushes and rollers were updated (they're well worn and getting very tired) I'd be more sympathetic to the higher prices, also the triple foam option I paid for was not a triple foam, at least not what it used to be.eg three colours.basically the place needs some money spent on it to bring it up to scratch

You should invite them over for day and show them what customer service is

The more I look at the quality of the clean received the more I'm disappointed with the outcome because of what I paid.

Great car wash although the.man running the business on Tuesday approximately 4pm was obnoxious needs a lesson on customer service. Hence the 4 stars outta 5

Rip off. Take money and nothing works they open up and dont put detergent in anything. Took 2 payments for 2mins use lost $25 had to go elsewhere to clean my car. Emailed to try and fix it 3 weeks no reply. Wont be using again to many times and they dont care.lost my business and everyone in the area

Car wash wasn't working I payed for the top wash wheels still had dirt on them an the car wash spray jets didn't ha e soap coming from them

I use this car wash a lot, but they tend to rush you to get thru conveyor and too close to car in front, makes it stressful. They need to leave a bigger gap so the car in front has time to brake before driving off. One of the guys was really rude and impatient this afternoon insisting I get on the conveyor, I told him I just wanted a bit of a gap but he was rude and aggressive. There was no one behind me so I don't see why he had to be so rude and impatient. Very disappointed, usually they're all really nice, but not this guy today.

Advertise $9 car wash, although minimum EFTPOS is $14. It's sneaky, as once you go up the ramp and a car is behind you, it becomes a forced payment. Very unprofessional.

The water smells and it didn't even clean my car. I had to manually wash my car when I got home and to remove additional dirt. I also noticed a few scuffs on the doors.

They need to leave a bit more room between cars going through the washer I have asked them but they don't listen I had a car behind me and they were so close I could see what they were doing. Ps if the attendance just listened.

Go there for the automatic car wash, it's a good combination of being staffed and is also quite fast and efficient without being to expensive.

The bins were overflowing with rubbish and they have capped the self wash at 15 dollars its the worst

Went to put coins in and it requested a card automatically deducting $15. Then the timer went for 2 minutes and kept cycling. It was impossible to know how much time you had left so I rushed the wash and left the machine still running with credit. Wanted to touch up but didn’t want to risk running out of time. The new set up is stupid, a diversion from any concept of logic, and will probably cause inconvenience for others. Definitely not going back.

Best my car has ever been cleaned so far compared to other car wash places i have been to, friendly service, professional the staff are willing to have a joke around with you it’s not a long wait to get your car cleaned I always get them to vacuum and polish the interior of my car and I always get it back looking amazing

The car wash missed all the back of the car and parts of the front. I went back and they got a wet rag and wiped the car, down effectively smudging the dirt across, I asked if the hand car wash could be used and they said that will cost $5 because it is eptos, I asked for a refund and was denied.

Fantastic customer service, and affordable. My rims come out sparkly clean thank you great job highly recommend

Horrible service and after hours payment faciities over charged my card.had to cancel my card due to unauthorised follow up transactions from IMO carwash.
