Using the self service it’s ripe off I just used it 5 minutes and I stop it the STOP button on the pay card still changes the highest amount of $15.80

I recently had the misfortune of subjecting my beloved vehicle to what can only be described as a vehicular horror show at the supposed "top-tier" drive-thru car wash in town. Despite shelling out for the so-called "Full Package, " my experience left me questioning both the competence of the establishment and the value of my hard-earned money.

Let's start with the promise of a thorough clean that supposedly came with the Full Package. As I pulled into the automated abyss, my hopes were high, but they were swiftly crushed like bugs on a windshield. Instead of emerging from the ordeal gleaming and spotless, my car looked like it had just engaged in a mud-wrestling match. The dirt and grime that clung to its exterior were as stubborn as ever, rendering the entire wash a futile exercise.

But that wasn't the worst part. Oh no, the real nightmare began when I inspected my vehicle up close post-wash. To my horror, I discovered a constellation of scratches and swirl marks adorning the once-pristine surface. It seems the automated brushes, which are supposed to provide a gentle yet effective clean, transformed my car into a canvas for their artistic incompetence. It's as if they mistook my vehicle for a sandpaper canvas and decided to etch their masterpiece.

I thought paying a premium for the Full Package would ensure the utmost care for my car's finish, but evidently, I was sorely mistaken. The scratches are a testament to the lack of quality control and a blatant disregard for customer property. It's disheartening to think that an establishment claiming to offer a premium service could be so careless with the very possessions customers entrust them with.

To add insult to injury, the customer service was as lackluster as the wash itself. When I approached the attendant with my concerns, I was met with a shrug and a half-hearted apology that did nothing to alleviate my frustration. It was as if they had a script for handling disgruntled customers, but their hearts weren't in it.

In conclusion, the Full Package car wash I experienced was nothing short of a disaster. If you value your vehicle and your hard-earned money, steer clear of this establishment. The promise of a comprehensive clean is nothing but smoke and mirrors, and the aftermath of scratches is a painful reminder that not all car washes are created equal. Save yourself the trouble and find a more reputable establishment that treats both you and your vehicle with the respect they deserve.

I recently had a rather unpleasant experience at the IMO Car Wash. I felt compelled to write this review to express my dissatisfaction with the service and the attitude of one particular staff member.

Upon arriving at the car wash, I expected a reasonable level of customer service as a paying customer. However, to my dismay, the behavior of one employee left much to be desired.

Despite my best efforts to remain polite and cooperative, this particular staff member exhibited an extremely rude and aggressive attitude towards me. Instead of addressing any concerns or issues in a professional manner, they chose to shout and berate me in a highly disrespectful manner. It was evident that they did not treat me as a valued customer but rather as an inconvenience.

This type of behavior is entirely unacceptable and tarnishes the reputation of the IMO Car Wash. I strongly recommend that the management of this establishment seriously consider reevaluating their employee selection and training processes. It is imperative to ensure that customers are treated with respect and courtesy at all times.

In conclusion, my experience at IMO Car Wash was marred by the appalling behavior of one staff member. I sincerely hope that the management takes appropriate action to rectify this situation and ensure that future customers do not have to endure such unprofessional conduct.

Worst in terms of self serve car wash.
Their self-serve car wash consists of a rinse pressure hose and a brush with foam which is very bad for the car's paint work. They didn't even let me hand wash my car as I had all the equipment with me.

When asked for an invoice, they gave me a receipt which doesn't even contain an invoice number and can't be claimed for company reimbursement.

I have been for car washing by the self but IMO provide that very frustrated system only 6 minutes uses washing then charged $15.50 OMG even though auto washing price is $12, Also when I checked my cards account they took a $15.50 one more times totally over charged altogether $31 please don't be using IMO North Strathfield car washing.

Not the best drive through car wash with rude attendants who do not take pride in their work. Do yourself a favour and use the self wash machines instead.

I went through the Manned Carwash while my partner did the self wash. I would recommend the self wash as its cheaper and the manned wash, even though paying for the second most expensive wash" $25 wash seemed to not clean my car properly. The bonnet still had marks left on it as did the roof.
My partners car came out nicely clean but I still had to do extra work to get mine clean.

The self serve vacuum was alright. $2 for 4 minutes but the nozzle attachment could be better and the pressure up a little higher.

If I go back I would definitely jsut do the self wash next time.

Really good! I love the app plus you don't have to do anything. So good and fast so many options from $13

Always happy with the result of the Ultra HD car wash. The only thing is that we have to dry our car again after the washing and drying. Not very thorough dry. But overall, it is good.

If you need a quick vacuum and machine wash for your car, this a right place to go to! Quick service, and very clean

Worst experience i ever had, they damaged my reverse camera and then they didn’t take any responsibility.

I reported this to the manager and he said we don’t take responsibility!

The self-service car wash machine didn't work, so I waited 30 minutes and the staff didn't help. After about 35 minutes, it was broken and told to use another machine.

Be carefull when you pay by card at self service. This used to be a good spot to wash car when when using coins. Since they have changed to card payments. I have been over charged a couple of times. They should bring back coins system.

Closing time listed as 6pm, drive in was shut by 5. Was not impressed, considering how hard it was to get back onto the M4.

Used to like the place more but now they don't accept cash which means you have to use credit card or debit card, so whatever they set to charge minimum you don't have a choice.

Quick wash in affordable price. Sometimes they ask for cash I don't know why? I never pay cash.

Convenient service but the guy who directed me to go through the automated car wash was so rude and aggressive. He obviously hates his job and yet remains there using customers as a verbal boxing bag. He kept yelling at me, I was literally in shock by how rude he was. I tried to ask a few questions about the service and he was completely abrupt and kept telling me 'to just decide how much I wanted to pay and to tell him'. After all that, the car wash wasn't even adequate. Bird poop remained on one window and the tyres were still greasy. What a waste of time and money. It's like I literally paid a small angry misogynist my hard earned money just so he could yell at me. Won't go back.

It's okay. Avoid going here during peak time (esp afternoon). Long queue and i had to wait over 15 minutes to get a car wash from their team or hand wash. =

Self Car Washes are decent but usually if you go during the day or weekends, expect a bit of a wait. The machine start at 15 minutes and you can stop it whenever you are done. Most of the self serve machines only accept tap to pay. A few of the vacuum card readers are busted.

When I asked for tripple FOAM wash and paid 16 bucks last weekend and while during the wash inside tunnel, it showed only the 12AUD SERVICE FLASHED i haven't TAKEN THAT though. I OPTED AND PAID FOR TRIPPLE FOAM WASH.
