IMO Car Wash

Customer service not good.they really need to learn how to talk to customers, very loude and yelling to customers when having conversations. However car wash result looks good, car looks good as new. Thankyou

Worst car wash ever came in to was the car half of the car is not cleaned and got charged so much money for not a good wash don’t be fooled by these flops

The wash itself was pretty quick, which is great, but the speed may also reflect the quality. My car came out just as dirty, but wetter. Yes, the car wash did indeed wash the car, but it didn't seem to remove any of the dirt at all.
In some spots it moved the dirt, but definitely didn't remove it.

This has to be the Worse car wash i have been to, I went into the autowash and it left hard water stains all over my car I had to hand polish the whole car to get rid of it. NEVER AGAIN

Hey before your service was pre6 good, today I had pro shield, suppose to be, plus manual tyre shine, soo disappointed the tires still looks same did not shine the pro smiled I think its not what I got when I asked one of the guys he said yea it's shine not water? Not satisfied please don't rip people

Love the service and cleaning, my car has specific requirements and they always attend and are very attentive. Definitely recommend.

I give them a 5 because the person at the entrance was kind enough to let me off this time for not bringing cash on me and pay using credit as I couldn't get out of the line. Will make sure to bring cash next time.

For $95 dollars, we were left with an unvacuumed boot, water through our car speaker, wet mats because having them dried would bump the price to $150 according to the man, and to top it off I made the mistake of leaving a bandana in the car which I found clearly covered in grease. What a joke. This place was reliable in the past. Not anymore. Pictures included

Super rude. When we opted for the wash plus (the second tier from the bottom) both employees derided us since that option was "without soap" and "how could we get it clean? ". Then why offer it? Never going back.

I was in a Triton with a bull bar. They adjusted the brushes to minimise any damages. Great service

I took my car here for a wash inside and out.
I was offered the service at a discounted rate as soon as I drove in, which was pleasantly surprising. However I wish I didn’t take it and went somewhere else.
I got my car back with the seats still completely DRENCHED.
3 months later and my car still STINKS of dirty wet carpet.
I will never, ever be returning. Worst car wash experience I’ve had.

They are so bad and not professional and taking money for doing nothing. The car was all stains after washing.

Super Friendly staff doing the job to best of his abilities with a smile on his face, debt card yment available and cash, best service with competitive price. Best in the area, all others are not working or closed.

I usually visit this car wash but since been a year till i visited today for a wash and tyre shine. After the service, I even asked the assistant washing the cars if there might be another process for shining the tyres (outside the conveyer wash), he told me that it was already done. After going home today i looked at my car.im not sure what i paid for, very disappointing.

I like this IMO site, service is professional, all team members are helpful, friendly and welcoming, manger is a legend (I think his name is Mark), detailing service is highly recommended, definitely my permanent car wash place.

I paid for a full car wash but there was no foam and all they did was wet my car. The car was dirty and when I complained they were not interested. I will never go back to IMO wetherill park. Be warned!

We always got our car washed here for $50 with no issues, even referred multiple friends. Came here on the 14/01/20 and the manager Sam tried to charge us extra for no reason ($60) which he then came out and changed after arguing with us. When we returned the car was still dirty as seen in below pictures to which he wouldn't refund when requested and then came up after us waiting 30 mins with a three year old child, and without speaking to us and handed us $50. The car is completely broken, will not start at all after having 0 previous issues. Will have to get towed out of this place. Will never come back and definitely not letting anyone of our friends come back either. Absolutely horrible service, so disappointed.
