IMO Car Wash

Customer service was a mixed bag (some days great most days not). I wouldn’t bother paying extra for the Triple Foam option because the dispenser is usually either broken and or the detergents don’t get refilled.

EDIT: Wash Plus apparently does not include wheel shampoo anymore so not worth the extra $3. Triple Foam system seems to have been fixed recently.

Spinning brush didnt even touch the car. Felt like i just paid money to get some soap and water splashed on and then blow air to dry off. Complained to the operator, they didnt seem interested in looking into the issue at all. Not wasting my money here again.

Hi, I washed my car here twice, I was not satisfied, I pay 25 dollars HD to have it washed, they won't wash the car for nothing, you lose money, please don't go here again, very bad service, I never want to go here again

Alot of options for the carwash and good prices, able to get alot of cars done quick only thing is the pads touch the car rather than just pressure wash nozzles

The lowest price for a car wash is $11now.
The car was nicely clean but my wheel rims needed to be done by hand when I got home.

I've visited the car wash last week, I asked for a Ultra HD wash, but some staff does not do their job probably. I come to the car wash every week, and the only staff members who treat me right are the Sodani guys, a Staff member that I've asked for his name, was Fadi, he gave me the best wash and, did extra work for me, even when it was busy for him, he answered all my questions nicely.

I go here often because the service and prices are fantastic. It gets quite busy sometimes, but the wait is never too bad.

Yesterday & today I’ve driven from my work in Bonnyrigg to Liverpool to get my car washed both days closed for maintenance even though on the website it stated it was open

Very convenient. Fast and cheap! Paid $7 for my business van to look nice and clean. Just very tight spot for a bigger vehicle. I almost had a heart attack when going through the air vent as the sides were so close to my side mirrors lol but over all very good experience. Very friendly staff. After the wash I had to use my micro fibre cloth to remove some dirt around the edges but it’s fine I wasn’t expecting a perfect clean. It’s well worth it for $7! This is now my go to Carwash in Liverpool! Thank you!

It's a good car wash station. A bit of small touch up afterwards but overall is good. On my experience, maybe the person there needs to be more friendly. Customer service is very important. My opinion only.

Was disappointed that they didnt have enough staff to do hand wash but thery were very nice n helpful n apologized

Went to IMO liverpool today 14 june 2022 had fantastic service from this guy on the picture. Paid $8 for the drive thru car wash and im happy

So so, I asked the guy who's working there to see and clean few spots because simply the machine didn't.and also I wanted to pay for wheels cleaning and shine he categorically avoid it and gabe me stupid excuse that machine is not doing 100% washing

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. The job they did on my car i could have payed my 6 year old son 5 dollars to do and he would have done a better job thanthey did at this car wash. This business is a joke

Plenty of service and price options starting from basic wash at $7. There maybe a wait time of 10-15min if they are busy. But, it's fully automated so doesn't take that long in going through the washing and waxing process once you have entered the facility.

They do a good job, Very friendly customer service, The machine is ok and does a decent job just make sure you tell them to do the back of your car properly otherwise it will still be dirty

Probably the best out of all the IMO car wash places. The automatic car was is affordable and the car comes both clean and dry. I think these guys adjust the machines if they are not doing what they suppose to do. Staff are friendly and provide a pretty decent service. Keep up the good work

Very good but should have one in Campbelltown too. There are a few in Campbelltown but very expensive.

This is a great car automatic car wash. It cleans and dries the car properly and the staff are very friendly.

I GOT ALL 3 OF MY CARS WASHED IN ONE DAY.
2 OUT OF 3 CARS WENT THROUGH WASH. A GOOD JOB WASHING AND DRYING.
THIRD CAR TOO LOW AND DONE BY HAND.
GOOD JOB AGAIN.
