I have been through a long visa journey with my wife requiring multiple applications.
It started in 2018 with Veronica and was a great experience, she communicated with us quickly about all the requirements as you would want through the many aspects of a visa application. She was professional and friendly. Success!
After this experience we had no doubt that we would continue with Veronica and requested her service for the next stage, she agreed.
Then this is when communication stopped and the Department of Immigration contacts me for more evidence that Veronica was taking care of.
This period was stressful and infuriates me to think of how we were treated and left in the dark. Apparently Veronica retired, funny how I had to make numerous calls to find this out after being told "she was sick". No transparency and lack of communication. Then asking for more money to complete the application I had already paid for.
I did pay a bit more in the end to complete the application but chose to do the next visa application on my own.
So, it started really good and ended very poorly. Our visa applications were successful.

When I first went to them they came highly recommended from a friend and the lady who handled my case Rossana was absolutely fantastic. Then unfortunately she left and the people who took over my case was a different story.

I was originally quoted an amount to finalise my paperwork and was all agreed. Then I get a call from immigration saying my paperwork was never submitteD. When I called Immiexperts they said they wanted more money than what was quoted before they can file it because the original quote wouldn’t cover it. They asked $2500 more on top of what I paid. I had it in writing on my email I was only meant to pay $500. So I ended up doing it myself in the end and wasted $500 for absolutely nothing. Turns out the process only takes a few hours so I don’t know why they asked for 3 grand to submit paperwork online.

Be careful with what they say the price would be because they will go back on it and ask for more.

I can recommend Immi experts as they have helped me obtain my P. R within 6 weeks. Ellen kept me up to date and provided great feedback at every step.

Immigration Experts Australia and Rossana Gonzalez made my life miserable.

I’ve lost near $200k of blood, sweat and tears.
I knew from the beginning that Immigration chances were 50/50, however I expected to be treated with dignity regardless the final outcome witch wasn’t the case with my experience with Rossana Gonzalez.

Rossana instructed me to depart the country a year and half ago with an expired bridging visa, and now I’m struggling to return to Sydney to finalize my affairs with dignity as i was never given 28 days every person would get in case a visa or residency are not granted. I only discovered I’ve overstayed my visa after one year trough a thorough investigation and it was an independent institution that advised me about it and not Immigration Experts Australia or Rossana. So let’s make one thing clear here. Not only Rossana let me overstayed my visa without my knowledge and consent she only admitted the wrong doing after one year it has happened thanks to another institution that warned me about the facts and not Rossana.

While overseas waiting for a visa I kept on paying rent in Sydney for an unit for near 1 year despite the fact I could rent it out to someone or even return the unit to the real state but didn’t because Rossana kept promising she would get me back in Australia soil. I’ve also kept on paying for monthly services witch cost me $35k despite the fact I could’ve canceled if I knew the process would take that long or the fact there was a chance i wouldn’t get a visa.

Not only I’ve lost $200k saved in ten years living and working in Australia honestly, I’ve made near $30k in debt. I feel like I’m back 10 years in my life in terms of planning for a family construction in the future.

Since the beginning of my client/lawyer relation with Rossana Gonzalez witch started in 2013 there has been countless emails and phone calls I’ve written or made without an answer or returned at all, when lucky she would get back in 3-5 days later but most times it was simply ignored by her.
Now I’m paying an immense price for trusted my live in Rossana hands and never follow up her work or search for a second opinion in regards my migration case.

At the end of the case all Rossana did was to write me email saying:
“Sorry Antonio, I cannot bring you back to Australia. I am so so sorry and upset. I can’t do anything else for you. The Tribunal has already upheld the decision for the nomination as well. I am sorry”.
I wouldn’t mind reading this email and be giving 28 days to depart the country. In my case when I’ve heard that news I was already out of the country and all my life was still left connected as I was never given the time to disconnect, pack my belongings properly and leave.

Not only I wouldn’t recommend the Immigration Experts Australia and Rossana Gonzalez services, I believe is my duty to make as many people aware as possible as I don’t wish what I’ve been and still going trough the past and present years of my life to no other human being on earth.

Don't ever do anything with Rossana Gonzales! Remember this name and mark it with RED! Thanks to her our nomination visa were refused. As she didn't send very important documents to the government.
And decided let us know 2 weeks after the decision were made. So now we have just 7 working days to do anything about it instead of 21. She didn't even contact company where my husband is working. She just decided to not work on our case for no reason but didn't let anyone know. And now isn't answering her phone.

It's last thing you need on bridging visa especially with constantly sick 2 years old toddler.

I wouldn't think in worst dream that this could happen to us.

How can you Rossana sleep at night?

Unbelievably disappointed!

I am disappointed to have to leave this review, but I think it is important that people are equipped to make informed decisions. I met with Rossana over 3 weeks ago to discuss PR for my husband and I. I found her to be professional and knowledgeable, and was initially glad we had chosen her service. During the meeting a number of next steps were discussed - among them, she promised to send through a letter for my husbands employer as well as documents outlining the best next steps for both of us. These documents and further communication were promised for the next day or two. That was 3 weeks ago. One week after our appointment, I followed up with an email, two weeks after I called and was promised a call back. I have still not heard a single word.

No amount of competence in the field justifies leaving your customers completely in the dark. A few lines in an email takes minutes. Rossana lacks this basic courtesy, and unless you don't mind proceeding through the visa process at glacial pace with only vague notions of what your next steps are, then I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Always take my details down and say "an expert will contact you as soon as they're free". No one ever calls. This happened 3 times. Poor service
