I use this service to monitor my own health. It saves me time as I can get the results in 24 to 48 hours and I don't need to visit a doctor to get the tests request and visit again a week later to see a doctor again to see results. I started doing tests because I work overseas in remote areas and it is good to have a base assessment of your health status before you go into the field. Pretty much I am just looking to see that there is nothing abnormal before I go away. Also I am monitoring use of vitamins and supplements and their effect on cholesterol and uptake into the body. I think a lot more people should be monitoring their Vit D and B12 levels and dietary and lifestyle effects on cholesterol.
Also with a background in biology and chemistry I just like thinking about body chemistry. Imedical has given me the quickest and most efficient way to monitor and measure my health. The service is excellent.

This is such a fantastic service to have! Very quick and easy to order any tests you may want without having to go to your local GP for a referral. There are so many tests to choose from. It only takes a couple of days to receive the results. Can't recommend iMEDICAL highly enough.

Very thorough! It's a bit of a cliche, but being a doctor I am terrible at seeing my GP or having check ups. I was very impressed with the staff at iMedical. Online and in your own time, you can have your full blood work done. Everything you need to do but never get done. I was so impressed, I now work with them!

Imedical is great i would give them 10 stars for their service but their provider labs (ACL & WDP), not so much.
I wanted a covid19 antibody titre. Quantitative.the site says it offers this then disqualifies it in the small print.
I know the current definition of "immune" has not yet been satisfactorily classified to a standard however a qualitative result is essentially useless since I had a PCR tell me I already had previous infection.

Turn around time was great (<24hours) but the lab failed to properly report what I asked despite me asking them if a quantitative result was available at the collection centre, (the collector rang the lab) which I was assured it was. "detected/not detected" is NOT a QUANTITATIVE result!
I know the reference range is stil subject to research, but I was expecting a number not a vague description of them being unable to rule out false positives of other corona viruses, MERS, etc. Upon further time consuming enquiries and phonecalls and offering a further fee, the lab essentially will not deal with patients and wants my doctor to ring them. Hopefully this will be available in the future. I got excellent follow up from Chris who shares this frustration at not being able to offer this test yet in the way I want,

however as the service is excellent and useful for routine tests if you want to bypass the expense of a non-bulk billing GP and non-medicare tests, especially for integrative and alternative health that most GPs wont cover I am a very happy customer and will be back.

Absolutely love using iMedical. It's such an easy and efficient way to get blood tests done with no fuss and not having to go through the whole ordeal of a GP. I also love the confidentiality of the results as well. Will continue to keep using iMedical for mosts of my tests as I was sick and tired of being judged and many times refused by GP's to get check ups done.

Reliable and very easy to get a private blood test done.
I requested hundreds of dollars worth of blood tests all at once and I got test results within a few days of blood test collection for most of them.
Great customer service too as they are also very responsive if you have questions.

I was told to expect 2 to 3 day return, but got the results back in around 24 hours! Can't ask for better than that! Thanks

Big thank you to the Imedical team, my doctor wouldnt allow me to get certain blood tests done and i stumbled across the Imedical website and did my ownblood tests, great custoemr serice by chris and his team, always very polite and is constantly communicating if i haveany questions about anything realting to my reports. Excellent, prompt service let down by a horrible website.

In case anyone reads and wants to fix the website: the contact us form is completely broken. I just wasted 15 minutes fighting it. I wrote out my message only to see a "Please use only letters and numbers" error message. Well, that's vague. By process of elimination I was able to determine it was complaining about me including a forward slash (/) in my message.

Once I had removed the "offensive" characters, I submitted the form and received an error saying "please use only for intended purpose" and lost my entire submission. Wonderful.

What's more, copy and paste is blocked in the message field (why!?)

Also the actual ordering process is clunky as heck. Instead of providing a search box to find the tests you need, you have to expand tests that have been grouped alphabetically by their name. If you check a box and accidentally (or on purpose) collapse that group, you've lost your test. If you decide to avoid this risk by adding to cart before collapsing, you get charged multiple times for the service fee.
