Very unfriendly customer service. I knew exactly which carpet I wanted, but staff was rude for whatever reason. Bought high quality carpet for 5 bedrooms from a competitor. Some people shouldn’t be customer-facing…

From the measure and quote to the installation, the job was efficient and very good quality.ours was a large house with stairs and furniture and had to be done over several days. Steve the layer was excellent and the store owner who attended the installation and superviserd it personally were excellent. This was not an easy job but we were very pleased with the finished job and happy to recommend this company. We are in Sydney centre and that presented no problem. There showroom is excellent at Penrith.

We got the details of this company from the Glenmore Park FB community page. There were a number of people recommended this company when I asked for recommendation. I sent a message to their FB page, and got no reply. I sent an email to them, and got no response. Finally, I called them, and they said someone would give me a call. All, I had was someone sent me an email asking for what products I wanted and the measurement of the areas that I wanted to install. The person who sent me an email responded and stated that he would revert back to me, but he did not. Perhaps, my job is too small for them and it was not worth the time for them to prepare a quotation, or it could be they were too busy with other jobs.

Bloke that served seemed a little smug for my liking. I'm not a trades person so every thing I said he disagreed with even know I done some research.

Image carpets and blinds were absolutely outstanding. With a week’s notice they were able to order, deliver, and install the carpets right before we listed the house for sale. The old seedy carpets were replaced and expertly laid and it made the house look a million times better.

Their sales staff were super helpful when choosing the right carpet and their quote was extremely competitive. 100% would use again but hope I don’t have to for a while!
