The nicest, most conscientious and efficient place to have a car repaired or serviced. Called yesterday with an unusual and time sensitive request. The team were so helpful and kind. Also, I always feel like they have done a great job and I never feel ripped off when I leave. 5 stars for sure.

Bought a used car sight unseen from interstate, Sam B was really helpful in taking extra photos and doing a video call so I could see what I was getting. The car even came freshly serviced with a full tank of fuel and was a great price. Very happy with my purchase.

After five years of rubbish service a review is required. I have a generic car, a Toyota RAV4, which is quite an unimpressive, boring, very average to drive, it only ticks the box of a car to get you from a to B. I have very minimal knowledge and expertise to comment on mechanical properties of their car service quality but from the customer service standpoint the department is atrocious. Every service takes longer than the time they say. Cancelling and booking confirmations received on the same day at the same time contradicting each other on multiple occasions. Eight hours or more to do a general service. Cues and waiting half an hour to even drop your car off at first thing in the morning, at your appointment time. Clueless staff when picking up your car and always hidden costs, it is always just a disappointing experience. Staff move so slow to do anything, it is painful to watch people battle with simple repetitive tasks. Not to mention the low intellectual standards of the employees, sour faces and greasy hair.
Counting down until I can upgrade to a new vehicle but can confidently say it will never be another Toyota.

Toyota dealership in Wollongong did the diagnostic tests on my daughters prius and told us that it would cost $6000 because

we needed three different parts including a new battery. I decided to get a second opinion from John at Hybrid, thank goodness I did! He suggested that the dealership probably did not have enough expertise to properly analyse the diagnostics and was just throwing all of the solutions at once and expecting that they would get a result. I followed John’s advice and purchased a secondhand battery fan for less than $200 cost and my local competent mechanic (lou from REL Fairy Meadow) did the diagnostics and worked with John to sort out the problem and now the vehicle is running perfectly some $600 later!
