One star is beyond generous for this medical centre, sad to say but the receptionist with short blonde hair was so rude and arrogant I was embarrassed when I waited at the desk to check my daughter in, she spoke to me as if I was a child.
No empathy for someone especially a child feeling unwell!

Excellent service with bulk billing.best in Illawarra, they keep appointment on time and service was top notch every time I went there.
The staff were friendly enough and I was able to get an appointment at a time that suited me but a week later my results still hadn't been sent to my GP which was very frustrating.
No issues at all, friendly and helpful staff and everything met expectations.
