Excellent food in such a convenient location! We use to travel quite far to be able to eat good Korean bbq but now it's close to home and the food quality is on par with the restaurants in Strathfield. We went for lunch and it was very affordable for a good lunch feed. The meat was fresh and the side dishes were also plenty. We will definitely be back the next time we want all you can eat Korean bbq. $26.90 for lunch

We had a table of 6 people tonight with a 6: 30pm booking.we arrived on time and got seated promptly.we ordered our first rounds of meat (around 5 separate ‘servings’) but only got 3 of them to our table.same issue when we ordered sides.there were not enough servers working and service was very slow.with a time limit placed on us, we expected meat and sides to be delivered quickly as the food also takes time to cook.our second round of meats ordered took 20 minutes plus to get to our table and then we were rushed off our table before we could finish cooking and eating.the meat tasted good, but the service was a let down.

First time experience here. We had trouble trying to load the menu. Not much to pick from. We had to wave down the lady to ask. I can say service is very slow. To be honest the asian ladies that came in after us got served straight away. Maybe you have to be asian to be seated and served quick. Realised after 15mins of trying to load their menu and than ordering we realised we were better off going to our usual Korean BBQ place. It was not a welcoming place at all! At least I can cross this restaurant off.

The food and staff are amazing. Got seated immediately and the staff explained how things work in this place (how to order, food waste policy etc). Because of covid restrictions this place doesn't let you to serve your own plate, instead you place the order through your phone and they will deliver it to your table quickly.

Serving size is really too generous, I have trouble finishing all of my orders to avoid the fine, but I try my best. But I reckon the big serving size is a good thing for table with big group, just please little bit moderation for table with smaller group.

EDIT 2: Looks like the buffet system has changed again, possibly due to COVID. Personally I don't like this new method where you order on the phone and the information is quite limited. You can't choose your portions and you don't know exactly what you're ordering as description/photo is not clear. It reverted back to my original comment where you have to raise your hand for service.

EDIT: have visited recently and the buffet has become all you can eat style which is great. While not bad, there is a small selection of meat - 2 of my usual (rib fingers & ox tongue) were not a choice in the buffet. However the other dishes e.g. Korean Fried Chicken, potato salad etc.are actually quite a nice addition to this place.

Previously didn't like the concept of their buffet as it's "to order" with maximum 2 servings in the menu (something like this) which meant you had to order 4+ times when you could potentially get it in 1-2 orders.

I did find myself having to raise my hand several times and waiting for service which can become annoying overtime.

Great first time visit - wonderful staff and a wide variety of food! Our server, Ryan, greeted us immediately and was very helpful. Would definitely recommend the pork belly and the japchae noodles!

The food was alright i guess but the tv was so loud.it gave me a headache.but i liked the k-pop songs since i'm a k-pop fan.

Money wasting and overcharging. The advertisement of express buffet was digusting and misleading as there was almost no food allowed to eat except fried chicken. Absolutely overcharging on just few small dishes. Should take that fraudulent express off!

Service is plain Bad. Do I have to be Asian to be attended? I was waiting in line and not one person came to attend me. I asked for help and was told to wait outside. Asian family stands inline next to me and all the sudden the waiter is helping them perfectly also ignoringme 100%. I simply walked away as I felt invisible.

Love the choice of food, been there a few times with my husband and son. Love the KPOP, the only downfall is parking far away, you're lucky to get a park within 200m

Today my sister and I were were abruptly served by 2 staff who were rushed and confused. We arrived at 10.30pm while the restaurant advertises that they close at 11.30pm. With one hour to spare they announce that their kitchen is closed.
It’s so disappointing to see these restaurants advertise different times to what they actually do.

Food is okay, probably wouldn’t recommend kbbq buffet as the good meats are extra costs for tiny portions.fried chicken also comes in small portions at high prices.

Seriously enjoyed the all you can eat wagyu and pork offering. They seem to have available all day now which makes it quite cheap for dinner times!

I normally go to Eastwood or Strathfield for Korean but decided to try something more local. Upon arriving, we put our name down for 4 people. My husband and I waited there for about 10 mins before anyone even noticed. Staff were unfriendly and service was terrible. They forgot part of our orders and if we weren't flipping through the menu later on during dinner, we wouldn't have realised the rice cake hot pot we ordered was meant to come with two bowls of rice. Fried chicken was tasteless and dry. Seafood pancake was OK. Overall, incredibly overpriced for what you get and I certainly will continue to travel farther for quality Korean food and service.

Amazing service and food. BBQ Buffet was an absolute bargain at 35 dollars. Quality of cuts were decent considering the price. Probably the best BBQ buffet experience in this price range, would definitely come again.

Since ilcha moved to cabramatta
We decided to drive all the way from revesby to eat as I really did love the food

On arrival no one greeted us to a table
It was quiet as its during weekday
Only 1 waiter and he took over 15 minutes to take our order
Their menu was quite plain not much beef choices and very very less sides
Very disappointed

Excellent Customer service, quite friendly
The dishes are cheap now while retaining the quality of the food.
I ordered the pork katsu. It was crispy, tender and very filling, can’t wait to come back and order other dishes xD

Not sure what the other reviewers were raving about, because the experience was not positive. Also upon looking at the previous reviews again. Most of the other “customers” have only ever posted one review, being for this restaurant. So it’s most likely their friends and family. Nonetheless, after dining there the only word that comes to mind is “disappointment. ” There is no order whatsoever when it comes to waiting for a table. There’s a clipboard at the front of house for customers to write down their name, but this completely disregarded, with others walking straight in.

When it comes to the actually food, everything was either average or just okay. The steamed egg, was a miss. It had to be the driest steamed egg I’ve ever tasted. The thin pork belly that was marinated came in a bucket still thawing from being frozen. The marinate was only sloppily slapped on one side of the meat. As for the wagyu, definitely not the cut that is stated on the menu. Very poor indeed.

The only positive is the friendly staff members, there’s definitely a few members that seem to have only just started working in hospitality. Thankfully, our server was lovely. It’s a shame I didn’t get her name

Stopped here for BBQ. I love the foods and services. The food was very good and reasonably priced. Love this place! Try it out!
