TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Don't even walk in the shop. $$$$ and cheap nasty products

Walking into the store, I was attracted by the aroma from the diffuser. It had a nice and pure smell. Tried the products, and I am in love with it. Worth trying.

Hi there, I visited your beautiful store last weekend suffering a terrible migraine, the young girl who served me was just delightful and so very helpful! She also said she got migraines and was great in pointing out some of the beautiful products that would help me. I purchased the lavender face pack to cool in the fridge. Thank you for such beautiful customer service, if I could give 6 stars I would!

Today I went into the Leura store just to find out about the skincare products. I was greeted and served by Nicole the store manager and let me tell you I’m so glad I went in when she was there. Not only did Nicole explain to me every product that would be useful for what I was after (her knowledge on the products was amazing!) but she wasn’t pushy in getting me to buy everything. Needless to say I bought everything she suggested and I can’t wait to review the products. Nicole is a massive asset to that store and I look forward to going back and buying more products. Incredible service, incredible store vibe!

I thank the Universe every day for Naomi and IKOU. I originally visited the Leura shop several years ago, and was overwhelmed by the quality of the products. They are out of this world. If you try nothing else, try the body scrub - I've never been so enthralled by a body scrub as with this one!

I recently undertook the "Two Week Challenge" and was amazed at how integrating Naomi's concept of ritual into every day makes such an oasis in a busy life. It really changes everything.

Bonus: my orders are always processed quickly and arrive almost before I hit the "confirm order" button! LoL. Excellent service and exquisite products.

It's very sad when this company provides false information on social media regarding covid and the public health orders. I was a regular customer for years and will never buy again.

I have been buying IKOU products for many years. Love all the products ive purchased. I enjoy the salt body scrubs, body souffle, lemon myrtle so refreshing. Currently reading Naomi's book on how it all began. Keep up the great ideas n tips love them. Only down side is the delivery by Aust post so slow.
I have tried the 2 week ritual which I have seen changes on my skin for the better live it!

What a beautiful experience. I visited I'm IKOU with my daughter on her 39th Birthday on 1st February 2021. We were greeted with herbal tea and the service was excellent. We brought oils and also skin care. Can't wait for our next visit!

First of all - the products are amazing.using the skincare range - as well as essential oils and the amazing candles.this almost goes without saying.the burn time is long and the scent is amazing. My favorite is Calm. When I noticed that the candle I needed was out of stock - they went out of their way (Team reached out through a comment of mine on Instagram) and are now hooking me up with the candles they managed to find at their head office! I mean - nothing is too much for this Team - they truly love and are really passionate about what they do - and goes out of their way to make me happy! Bravo!

I love everything about iKOU. The Lemon Myrtle Scrub is my staple beauty item.

I love iKOU! It is always a must stop in Leura when going to the Blue Mountains. The candles last, and fill your home the most delicious scent.
