I thought this may have been due to the AIO cooler malfunctioning, however Sachin identified the CPU was actually the culprit. I sourced new parts for my computer, and he installed them for a very reasonable price. Best IT store in the area.

Do NOT buy from IITSupport. I ordered 4 Apple Air Tags online which never turned up. ITTSupport made no efforts to locate the parcel. I was told it was not their problem and that if I needed the Air Tags I should purchase through another supplier and they’d refund me when their air tags were returned (completely unreasonable when I didn’t have them and already out of pocket).

Took a week to refund. Poor communication and customer service. Don’t waste your time it money buying through for company

Customer support was excellent. Sachin replied to a chat enquiry and advised stock of the latest iPhone was expected in later that today. Once the stock arrived he called to advise they had arrived so I could travel out to collect without needing to wait around. Friendly customer service on arrival. Highly recommend this supplier.

You must support businesses that provide awesome service like this one! I have been looking for Air Tags for weeks but everywhere sold out. Found IITS store and not only in stock but easy to communicate with them that I can get them shipped quickly because of my deadline for travel. I bought them on Friday late afternoon with express post only to be notified they are shipping over night for no extra charge and received the Tags on Saturday morning! The word impressed with their service is an understatement. Please support IITS!
