Caution: Extremely Disappointing Experience with IGM Property Management

I am compelled to share my recent disheartening experience with IGM Property Management. My friend and I meticulously cleaned his apartment, ensuring it was in top-notch condition, with only the expected wear and tear visible.

However, IGM Property Management, which recently took over the lease, exhibited a lack of communication and professionalism. They seemed unaware of pre-existing damages, including floorboards lifted due to unresolved water leakage and unpatched holes in the wall made by a plumber. Despite these being pre-existing issues, my friend is now being wrongfully accused of causing this damage.

This situation reflects a gross mismanagement and a disregard for proper communication and factual investigation. Such practices are not only unfair but also paint a picture of a company that is both disgraceful and unprofessional.

I strongly advise others to think twice before dealing with IGM Property Management. This experience has been nothing short of frustrating and unjust.

IGM Group, particularly Christina, are currently expertly and professionally handling the sale of my property. The communication and organisation to get repairs done are a sign of commitment to us as a client. I have no hesitation in giving 5 stars.

I would stay well away from this company, the unprofessionalism is appalling. They have no customer care and little people skills. Christina Antonios is by far the worst person I have ever dealt with in.
