Kevin was very efficient and helpful throughout the whole process. We had to obtain strata approval and provide many documents for this and Kevin sent everything correctly and quickly and made the approval process really smooth. Post getting approval it was also very easy to organise the flooring job to be done with no fuss at all. The guys came in for 2 days and I completed the flooring job perfectly behind the scenes (no troubles during the whole process). The flooring was done with good quality and I would definitely recommend.

Kevin surprised us on our first time site visit. It was a weekday late afternoon, regardless of peak hour traffic, Kevin arrived even a few minutes earlier than us. He is very patient in answering any questions about the products and services even if we changed our plan a few times. Kevin and his team is also very sufficient and organized, our floor work started with Sunday and finished on Tuesday afternoon. And our house was carefully cleaned after work too. Overall, we are very happy that we have found Kevin and his team to do our floor work, we would highly recommend him and his company to all my family and friends that needs their service.

Kevin and his team did an incredible job on our laminate flooring.

Right from the start he was very punctual and communicated really well – giving us good advice so that we can make the right selections.

Kevin went out of his way to source the exact trims that we wanted and also organised for our existing tiling to be removed.

His installer was also very transparent throughout the install, always confirming things with me before actioning – even little things like the exact angles of the scotia edges, which allowed me to have the finish exactly how I wanted it.

All in all it was a very easy, seamless and reassuring process. It's so nice to have renovations go smoothly and the end result to be of great quality as well.
