Super friendly staff, saved the day and fixed my iPhone screen during my lunch break. Sound and touch testing was completed whilst I was in store and told me to come back if I experienced any future troubles. On my second visit the team helped me with a phone that had water damage, backing up the photos for me. Great customer services, recommend to several friends who have also had phone's repaired here too. I wouldn't go anywhere else, very affordable and convenient.
They replaced the screen on my iPhone. Quick service and screen is like new. It took half an hour and cost $100.
Will give Rating 10 if there are 5 more stars. Excellent service. I gave my Ipad Air which was having a weird problem.iExperts figured it out as charging port issue and they replaced it with in no time. It is working fine as of now.
Problem with the ipad: It stopped charging with original apple cables. It used to work with after market cables but only in one direction. Later it completely stopped charging with any kind of cables.
Solution: Replace the charging port.
Called there phone number four times this week and no one answered, hopefully someone will answer the phone soon.
Awesome service and got an iPhone 6 fixed which all of sudden stopped working. Found out it was some kind of logic board issue and iExpert has skills / experience to revive back the phone. Thank you so much!
Being absolutely gutted and in borderline tears when I came into iExperts following the unfortunate (my own stupid fault) crack of my iPhone 6 screen, I was greeted by the receptionist - think her name was Fay, and she assured me a repair was completely possible and that I need not worry at all! I don't think I have felt such relief and her calm reassurance seriously put my mind at rest, it came back good as new too, A+ customer service!
Booked my iPhone in for Repair as it was consistently searching for network but worked on WIFI that was 5 months ago.
I still don't know if I will even get the phone back which I would like back even if not fixed
Should really be 0 stars. They use really bad parts. I had my charger/headphone jack replaced. Glitchy audio constantly. I went back and they "replaced" it again. Same problems. I went back and they "tested" it for about 30 seconds and said they "didn't know what to do". No refund. Completely ridiculous. DO NOT USE THEM.
Booked my MacBook Pro in for LCD replacement. When I got to my appointment, I was told they haven’t had the screens for months, and aren’t likely to get them back in stock. When I asked why they don’t just remove that service from their website, I was told they normally just cancel the bookings before the appointment time, but the internet wasn’t working so they couldn’t.what a waste of my time!
Been here 4 times now and had Battery replaced, 2xScreens replaced and Volume/Mute buttons replaced on various iPhones.
Always a prompt and professional experience.
