My experience in IDP-Sydney was smooth, thanks to my counselor, Vicky Tran, who helped me and my 3 dependents with our Student Visa Extension (onshore). She gave me the complete checklists (via email), which is crucial in a visa application to speed up the processing, and she guided me from start to finish, and Vicky was helpful and replied to all emails. Indeed! The Visa grant was quick. We lodged our visa August 2021. Due to COVID-19, my dependents and I didn’t have the chance to do the medicals at an earlier time. Jan 31,2022 - medicals done; February 3,2022 - received the grant notification (4 of us). If you ring IDP-Sydney, I would highly recommend her.
