We had a large order with a number of products which have been printed in stages over the course of the last five months.

The designer we were paired with took on board all of our ideas and amendments and was extremely responsive throughout the process.

Production times were always quicker than quoted - with most products turning around in less than a week.

We had an issue with the quality of some of our printing, Eren and Ebru were willing to discuss options to rectify the matter; we ultimately came to a decision that we were satisfied with.

I cannot fault these siblings on their customer service and dedication to upholding the standard of product that people have come to expect from them.

So happy with the service from these guys. We had our wedding welcome sign, our seating chart, our table menus, another framed sign and our wishing well all done at ido-ido. The design process was easily done instore over a skype call with one of their designers who delivered exactly what I wanted. I must say, I was honestly surprised at how reasonable the pricing was. And the turn around was sooooo quick. Ordered on a Friday morning and all the finalised designs were ready to pick up 2 days later on the Sunday.
The staff are all great and we were always welcomed with big smile. Will definitely use them again in the future if needed and highly recommend them. *Will add photos after the wedding.

I don't know what I'd do without this team! I searched marketplace, gumtree, the internet and couldn't find one person that could help with the timeframe i had (same day production + sample given on the spot) so glad i found this business that did exactly that. I got my wedding invitations made from here and they were absolutely amazing. I came on a Friday after lunch and I had some stuff arounds with my original invites so had to get them redone. I needed them reprinted ASAP and the team manage to get them all printed and done for me within the hour. I was so grateful. Their service is absolutely incredible. They are very friendly and the ensure they give the customer what they are after. I have plenty more events coming up and will definitely be coming here for all. I highly recommend this place. Firstly their pricing for local Work is the best so Far. Been to a few stores and nothing Really stood out. These Guys Really go out of their way too let you design and change for the best styling. Had them do wedding invitations and they really did a great job and had them ready in a timely fashion. Thstores ido-ido for your great work.

These guys do such an amazing job with all their invitations, signs and pretty much anything wedding custom, at incredibly cheap prices in Sydney. Not only is their a huge variety of designs to choose from, but they have graphic designers on call to help make your project unique and exactly how you picture it.

Thank you Karen and the team for your professionalism and assistance with making our wedding invites, acrylic tags, church booklets, gift tags and ribbons for the cupcakes. What you, the team and the graphic designer had made for us was perfect and it thus made our wedding day that much more memorable! The guests found everything so elegant and professional.

Eren is fabulous, talk about making a process simple and easy. Eren truly went above and beyond to ensure I had what I needed quickly and with no fuss (nothing I asked for was "too much trouble.
