Thank you Jack and the team from ideas flooring. Jack explained the process of changing from carpets to floorboards in an apartment building, ranging from getting onto strata and their specifications, to the various floorboard options and selecting the correct floorboards for the apartment. We ended up selecting hybrid flooring due to the sound protection and moisture that was detected in the apartment by Jack. I was time limited due to personal reasons and trusted Jack to complete the job in my absense. Jack really provides an excellent service and the finished floorboards were immaculate. He provided photo updates throughout the installation. 100% trustworthy! Very very happy with the service and product. I would reccommend Jack many times over.

Jack and his team did an incredible job with our floors. From the beginning of the process, Jack was knowledgeable, patient and solutions driven. His team were efficient, getting our difficult job done faster than we could have imagined. The end results look amazing! Hard working and meticulous is a big understatement. Jack could not have been more helpful and professional, from measurements and quotes to the last detail of the install. He was on site every day making sure that the work was carried out as expected, his crew were also highly skilled, professional and punctual. Jack and his team worked wonders on a difficult job. House being 1895 had some four different levels to deal with, and was beautifully finished to a very high standard.

Ideas Flooring did a great job of installing engineered floors in 3 rooms of our house. It is an old house; some hurdlers arose during installation, but they professionally solved them. They have delivered clean, tidy and fast workmanship. I am happy with the outcome.

Venus has managed the communication well. Jack is a professional in the floor installation business; he checked subfloor conditions, measured, managed his team, and gave advice during installation.

Was recommended to ideas flooring by a client builder and met Venus at the showroom, had an excellent experience and booked in the flooring which was completed a week and a half later with excellent attention to detail, supervised by Jack and completed in only two days for a large house, with an excellent result.

UPDATE: Your response is correct - you had a 5 minute visual inspection and straight away said it was water damage; you also failed to do a pre-installation assessment of the surface. We'll let the Tribunal decide. AVOID! My floor deteriorated within 2 years of installation and they will not be accountable and the supplier will potentially have no replacement stock so I'm not sure how they give you a 25 year warranty. Now I need a new floor so I wasted $9k with this company, ZERO stars if I could

The Ideas Flooring team did an excellent job installing timber at my apartment. The team were professional, and provided a quality service - including an initial consultation, measurement and detailed explanation of the process and work to be done, and installation of timber in a careful and prudent manner. Additionally, Jack, the sales representative did a great job overseeing the work, communicating with me, ensured a seamless, hastle-free installation.

Really love the work they’ve done for me. Jack is so patient of explaining of everything. And he’s also the foreman on the site to make sure everything is running smoothly. Highly recommended!
