We were warned not to use them by another company, Jason reassured us.
Bathroom is a mess, toilet floor holds water, builders waste in drains, tiles cut too short, no gaps for grout. Promised to fix it, pulled up different floor, tiler was labourer and subsequently vanity sitting on 1.5inch of siliastic. When remedial work was completed, didn't even bother to have a look at finished works or contact us. And after second time, with work no better than I could have done, didn't see point complaining a third time.

We wished we'd headed the warning to run when we should have.

Was after 30sqm of tiles for my back patio and Kylee was so helpful and knowledgeable on all of the compounds, surface textures, stock and everything. I was able to take a sample tile home to compare amongst different lighting situations and return the tile, very convenient.would 100% recommend ideal tiles and Kylee to anybody looking for tiles.

I dont find looking for tiles much fun but Ideal was the best shop I have dealt with. They have a good range & display. Their layout makes it easy to see tiles. Both staff members I have dealt with have been very helpful.
