I have bought quite a few rugs here. They are happy to order in rugs from their catalogue if you can't find just what you need in-store. The quality of the rugs are really good. You get what you pay for.
I won’t knock the rugs, where some really nice ones and the price wasn’t bad but the service was awful, no one asked if I needed help and when I went to check out it felt like I was a pain for buying a rug. It’s a shame…….
