Smoke and mirrors when they advertise "local offices" across all the major cities but only have one office/store in Sydney and all phone numbers route to the Sydney office reception desk. False advertising.

I purchased two heavy duty carpet protectors that were supposed to be suitable for plush carpet. Turns out they weren’t suitable at all. They seem to warp under the weight of the chair and the little grooves which are meant to keep the mat in place didn’t work at all, so it slid all over the place. Granted that it did take me a while to resolve the issue after it was lost amidst business, it was resolved with an item swap in the end, at no cost to me. Despite the delay, I feel confident that I could buy something from here, and if there is an issue, they will do their best to sort it out. Thanks Kobi!
