These guys are the best, I don’t have a single complaint from start to finish. Wendy was very accomodating with dates and strata concerns, and Tony did the most amazing job when he installed the flooring. I seriously couldn’t believe it was my apartment when I saw the finished product. I’m very happy I chose these guys, I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We are very lucky to have Tony and Wendy's team from Icon Timber Floor to install the most beautiful floor for our dream house. Wendy was very knowledgeable and helpful to guide us to pick the most suitable floor for our place (Engineered Oak timber in Magnolia) and ensured our sample/stock delivered on time for project to start. Tony on the other hand went above and beyond to finish the whole project within 2.5 days with great attention to details. We had a lot of compliments from friend and families and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Icon Timber Floor to anyone.

Wendy and Tony from Icon Timber provided excellent communication and service during our floor installation in an apartment in Marrickville. We had some tricky places to navigate, but nothing was too difficult for Tony's expertise and experience.

Due to covid and lockdowns there were a lot of delays (not on Icon Timber's part) but they were very flexible and accommodating through the whole process, even when we had a sudden change of installation date, Wendy was able to promptly shift their schedules around and fit us in a timely manner.

From our initial consult at the showroom in Enmore, Wendy thoroughly explained all the steps and procedures to us, so we had a full break down of costs. We had been to other flooring competitors and I will not hesitate to recommend Icon Timber for anyone's future flooring projects.

We hired Wendy and her team to install floorboards at our house during the peak of Covid in April. Very professional throughout with good communication. The installation was great with the stair design well crafted. Would highly recommend.

I can not recommend Wendy and her team enough. We were highly recommend by many of our clients to contact Icon. From the first time I Met Wendy she was very helpful and also through the whole process of trying to find the right product and colour. Even when We had trouble's with our strata allowing us to level the floors by grinding she still managed to come up with other solutions with her tradesman, and even though it pushed back our starting date Wendy worked it all out for us and managed to still fit us in there busy schedule. The workmanship was done beautifully by Tony and the product choice looks amazing. I had a very pleasant experience dealing with Wendy. She took the time to understand all my requirements and walk me through the different suitable options. She reassured me about the levelling requirements and made me feel comfortable that although some levelling may be needed, it wasn't going to be an exuberant extra cost.

On installation day, Tony was professional and and worked tirelessly to ensure that he could finish the install over the agreed 2 days. The work was very good and did his best to ensure any issues along the way were taken care of.

One suggestion is to maybe have a second installer present to help speed along the install - Tony was very professional, but at times I felt like he was in over his head trying to do many different aspects of the install and his life would be a whole lot easier if he had someone there to support him.

Overall I am very satisfied and will use/recommend Icon again! Thanks for the fantastic experience

I never write reviews for anything but I was just so impressed the team at Icon. Wendy went out of her way to schedule the work around our timeframes, the worksmanship was outstanding, and everyone I dealt with was polite and friendly. I'm so happy with our floors and can't recommend this business enough.
