My first appointment with Dr. Poly was rather dissapointing. She was extremely rude and sarcastic. I felt like I was being judged. She even asked me if I was a health professional for asking questions. (even though she knew my occupation)

This is not how you treat your new patients. Never going back there again.

You make an appointment well in advance, get there and end up waiting for over an hour to have a flash consultation of 2min where the doc simply walks out the office mid-conversation and leave you hanging.or takes on a phone consultation from other patients.completely unprofessional. I gave them twice a friendly feedback thinking it would help the Doc better manage her schedule.to no avail. What a waste of time going there
Won't be coming back.
Just send me my family's medical records and delete our files from your records.

I've been a patient here for ages, I see Dr poly paul. I'm in no way an easy patient, I have alot of health issues and mental health issues. The support I have received from Dr poly paul is amazing. I know she has my back, and she knows how iam, so she always makes sure that I'm okay and if I need support, she gives me that. Which means alot to me. Its very hard to find a dr who actually cares about you and doesn't brush things off. The nurse is so lovely, she always chats with me and really cares, she is an amazing nurse, aswell as the main receptionist who's been there from the start, always greets me by name and smiles.
The clinic is always clean.
Thank you Dr poly for having a heart of gold and really caring about your patients.

Receptionist behaved and acted very rude! Appointment system has some issues. How come finish even after calling exactly on time? Management needs attention!

However always have been happy with professionalism of Dr. Shampa. That’s why have been travelling from distance for years.

Very good service in combination with highly qualified doctors and professionals. Must recomend.

Dr Shampa is not only knowledgeable and professional, she is a doctor with empathy who shows care and concern for her clients. There is a supporting team of doctors and nurses, the environment is clean and the staff are understanding and friendly.

Everyone is so friendly here. The nurse was very professional and the doctor was amazing when discussing the Astrazeneca vaccine to us. She put my mind at ease for sure. It was quick, simple and didn't hurt. Highly recommend this place to get vaccinated.

I've been visiting Dr Mahbuba Shampa last 8/9 months in ICON Health Care Centre. She is a highly qualified Dr I've ever seen. Her treatment with the patients is really praiseworthy. Additionally, all staffs are friendly and the clinic itself is very neat and clean.

I have been a patient of Doctor Shampa for more than eight years when she was in a practice in Sutherland, I now travel from Tuncurry to see Dr. Shampa & will not change she is a marvellous doctor who cares for her patents is totally professional and very experienced with every facet of medicine I appreciate her dedication to her patients and her profession. Thankyou Doctor Shampa you are a legend.

I have been attending Icon Health for about 3 years now. All the doctors are fantastic and they are very thorough in everything. I am happy with the care i have received so far, i have been to other GP's who will only spend 2 minutes with you literally and seemed not too concerned about your presenting problem. This medical center is fantastic for women 's health.

The only thing that i can recommend for improvement is having all the availabilities of the GP on Health Engine, it makes it easy to book appointments. Plus also informing patients to delay a bit if the Dr's are running a bit behind.

Long Long waiting hours like 1.5 hrs and they do not even inform if doctor is running late. Atleast the patient should be informed that the appointment is running late so that things can be planned and a sick person is not left waiting hopelessly. Everytime the day is wasted due to the waiting hours.

A new facility and beautifully designed. Clean facility with friendly staff. Make sure you book an appointment and arrive early. They have extended hours if needed. There is plenty of parking nearby.

Amazing health care center with good Doctors. Understands the medical history of a patient with respect to cultural backgrounds and provides good patient care.

Dr. Shampa is very experienced and well mannered. She respects the patients and look after them very well. Most importantly, she is very confident of what she is saying and what she is doing. She is one of the best Bangladeshi GP in Sydney. Highly recommended.

Excellent doctor no doubt. But the worst thing is even if you are book in from before, the waiting time is waaayyy tooo long. The worst thing is-you have to book in at least 5-7days prior to the day you want to go to her these days. Come on its a gp centre! We might have to see the doctor maybe for a small thing but in critical condition and can’t wait 5-7 days?

I’m happy I stumbled across this medical centre over a year ago now. Both doctors are genuine in their approach, ensure you’re happy along the way and take their time with thorough assessment. I don’t live close by but I travel here because I know for my children and I we want the best care available.
