Very friendly staff; extremely accommodating and very fair. Went in with a reference photo and left with exactly what I wanted. I love my new hairstyle, and have already booked my next appointment with them.

I visited Icon Gallery for for three ear piercings with Brenda.
She was professional, friendly and offered advice whilst talking me through the process on positioning the piercings. She did everything to make me feel comfortable.

I highly recommend this salon and have now made them my regular for hair as well.

Followed up the next week for a trim and blow wave with Cheryl. Again, she wa professional and made me feel very comfortable.

Brenda was friendly, professional and very thorough in the consultation whilst also helping my daughter feel comfortable about having her ears pierced. My daughter loves her new earrings.

From entering the store all the way to leaving I was treated with courtesy and professionalism. Cheryl consulted thoroughly with me at the start of my appointment and asked lots of questions to understand what I wanted. Indi was polite and chatty as she washed my hair and rinsed my colour. All staff checked on my well-being as I waited for my color to develop and offered refreshments. I left feeling great and my colour looks amazing. Thank you

I had very short hair and was sick of it. I had a chat with Brenda and she was certain she could install extensions to give me exactly what I wanted.she didn’t disappoint! The installation was perfect, the styling and aftercare is impeccable, if you think your hair expectations are out of reach you should definitely go in and see Brenda!

I had threading done at this salon. I have my full face threaded. I have no complaints about the quality of the technicians work. She is good at what she does. My issue is with the astronomical price I was charged for the service.

Initially she tried to charge me $110. Let me add that in Melbourne the most I ever paid was $55. I refused to pay that price. She reduced the price to $90 which is still highway robbery! The reason she and the owner of the salon gave for the high price…. That they are one of only two salons in the area that have a threading technician. They have the monopoly so can charge what they want. It’s true, they can. They have lost my business though. It’s left a poor taste in my mouth. I hope more competition comes into the area.

I had my septum pierced in early feb, and she pierced it incorrectly instantly, she didnt feel the sweet spot she just winged it, and she took too long to figure out the placements of the septum and putting on the ball of the horse shoe.i messaged their instagram about how unhappy i was and she wanted me to pay another $40 deposit for a rebook after it healed / closed up.she did pierce on my cartilage

After being told by another business they wouldn’t pierce my daughters ears and having in upset daughter on her birthday I rang the girls and explained the situation, they were more than happy to help and stayed back late to be able to help us. Daughter and I both got piercings and very happy. Very friendly, professional, clean environment. Thankyou so much for saving the day.

Called to book lash extensions, I was quoted $130 over the phone and when I went in the lady confirmed the price with me. I went to pay and leave and they charged me $160, advised we confirmed $130 and she said that wasn’t for what she done. I advised that there was no conversation of them being $160 and there websites highest price is $150 for volumes so very confused on how I can be charged $160. They agreed on a $10 discount so I paid $150 and left. Very disappointed with the service and the fact that they wouldn’t honor the originally quoted amount. Lashes were great and I really like them, however I felt under valued as a customer and felt that they did not provide overall customer service.

Walked in for my daughter to get her ears pierced.they were done straight away always great service thanks Brenda
