The pharmacy is great as well. Good prices and good service.

Love this pharmacy, they have really great prices and they will actually meet other pharmacies prices provided they have a physical store. They also have a wider selection of items including gifts than what ive seen anyplace else

Dreadful service earlier this evening. I arrived at SuperPharmacy at 6.12pm. I waited for my prescription to be processed for more than 10 minutes while the pharmacist had a personal conversation with another customer at the counter. I heard about the pharmacist’s recent wedding and that her husband is going grey, amongst other things. There was no one else in the store. When they had finished their conversation and she went to the dispensary area, my prescription then quickly appeared. I questioned the pharmacist about why she had been chatting when she should have been serving me. She curtly replied that the ‘she’ (I presume the sales assistant) had been processing the prescription.

I will continue to shop at Pharmacy 4 Less at Warriewood where the staff are efficient and respectful.

This store has mucked up my prescription a few times now. Would not go back, going to try Terry White.

The environment is friendly, warm & staff are accomodating. So huge yet clean surroundings. Positive vibes.

Sonia was a great help I had to travel from parramatta as there was no stock of panamax elixir anywhere and helped secure enough stock as I rely on it due to a medical condition

COVID Booster Service - Awesome. I was there Thursday arvo ~ 4: 30pm for my 2nd 'Booster' and found the clinic to be well organised, and the staff to be super friendly & exceptional! Don't go down the stairs from Akuna Lane to the pharmacy itself, do a right as you come in from Akuna Ln and walk down the driveway ramp and follow the signs. I'd give it a 5 thumbs up

The vaccination clinic is a great community service and so quick and easy to access all the vaccines when they are due.

Came for my Covid booster shot. They fit me in straight away I didn’t have to even wait. Straight in and out…. Very quick and efficient. Marjorie the the nurse who administered the booster was absolutely lovely. Thanks for the great service

Just had a flu vax here. Was able to walk in and have it instantly. The nurse Margery was very helpful giving advice about having a fourth COVID shot before travelling overseas. Thank you

Warren the pharmacist denied me filling my script I just got from Northern Beaches hospital while I was still wearing my hospital wrist band. Accused me of having a fake script and wouldn't even help after he spoke to the hospital. Disrespectful treatment from what should be a caring professional.

This was my second truly awful experience at this pharmacy. While some staff are really lovely, esp the English lady behind the pharmacy counter, a sad few are unbelievably rude, dismissive and arrogant. Sadly standards seem to have really slipped here lately. Today I was buying my usual monthly medication which I have always paid a set fee for. The surly female pharmacist came storming over when I queried why it was being run up at far more than usual and basically told me to lump it or go elsewhere and accused me of lying about the price. I’ve got bank statements showing what I’ve been paying and a box from last month showing the amount but no she wouldn’t believe me or even listen. A real computer says no type. She then told me the amount the lady on the till had rung up ($40) was wrong and I was now to be charged almost double that and if I didn’t like it then basically F off. No apology for the error and a passive aggressive ‘enjoy your day’ tossed over her shoulder. Won’t be back and I know many locally who feel the same over this last year. A shame, icare used to be my go to. Should have changed the name to idontcare rather than superpharmacy.

This is hands down the best pharmacy in Mona Vale. I’ve been a regular for a few years now and I’m always impressed by the helpfulness and knowledge of staff - both on floor and behind the counter. Product selection is also excellent, it’s rare that I have to go elsewhere. They were also fabulous during covid and took every precaution to protect their customers and staff which was very impressive.

Today I went to this pharmacy to get a script filled no one was waiting and was told to come back in half and hour when I explained I was feeling quite ill and could not wait that long I was informed their was nothing they could do I am an elderly person I told they young man I would have to go to another chemist he still insisted their was still 1/2 hour wait I walked up the road to the next chemist who filled my script in 5 mins which I was very grateful

I am usually scared of needles. However, Eleanor was so quick and gentle in doing my COVID-19 vaccine. Thank you so much for the positive experience. I recommended my sister who also don't like needles to come to get her vaccine at icare now.

The pharmacy has taken amazing care of my grandmother over the last couple of years. Providing the best professional care and advice.

You are always greeted with big warm smiles and given the best advice and service. A super bonus is it has a fabulous range of chemist items, gifts and other goodies at great prices. Well done.

I get the best service.people make it magical.explains WHY we pass a baker's dozen other pharmacies to get here. Not once, in over 7 years can we fault these folks. New med? !? ! They never let me leave the window until I know what to do with it! Priceless!
