I have been consulting Can (iCanTax) in tax matters & he has been helping me out on tax filling & corrections as well, for quite a few years now.

His good grasp on intricacies of tax and rebates has helped me a lot over years.

One particular experience I would like to highlight is that, after one year I filed the tax myself & ATO refunded me. However, ATO reassessed it 3 years later & they showed that I owed them a couple of thousands. I had a difficult time getting refund. When I approached Can, he helped me understand what the reassessment was for & he filed my tax correction & then did a one year long follow up with ATO office submitting the required proofs & documents on multiple occassion. And in the end ATO refunded the amount. I would not have understood the intricacies of it. Thanks to Can for his help.

So I did my tax returned with his wife. And I told all my details to her and I did mention that I had medicare card from February till 30 June 2019. But she Didnt mention on my tax return that I have medicare card at all and also didint mentioned that I have a spouse and today I received letter from ato regarding all the details that our show that you dont qualify so medicare levy exemption. She ruin my tax return and my record unbelievable disgusting doggy service provided me. Stay away people
