I have been going to auctions in the Keiraville/Gwynneville run by James and the Ianni & Co.team (my interaction was when they were formally known as Bevan’s Wollongong) for the past 12 months and consistently amazed by the incredible results achieved for their vendors. When the time came to sell it was a no brainer to use Ianni & Co. Property. Auctions can be a stressful time, however James was great with communication. Always following up any of my questions and continually providing updates and feedback. There was never a time a phone call was not returned or a meeting missed. James had great ideas to maximise property value to prospective clients. Being a unique property resulted in a smaller pool of potential buyers, so his attention to detail was key. I've been to many auctions on the day and see lots of pressure put on vendors by agents to sell under the hammer and take a reduced price. There was none of that from James but rather a predetermined price point by which I was comfortable in selling. This resulted in a great price 5 minutes after the fall of the hammer. Could not be happier with the overall process and result.
