Hours shown online are incorrect, had to return another time, but the staff are absolutely friendly and super helpful. They had multiple options of skate models and sizes to try on in store, unlike a couple other skate stores I visited in Sydney that week. Recommend.

I went there today to buy my first pair of skates and everything that I needed for it. The staff there were so lovely on informing me on what I need to look after them, what sizing and what I would need. I was very happy with everything and will be going back for my next pair of figure skates.

Stephanie was great with helping me with buying my first pair of skates. She was very knowledgeable and patient with explaining to me what skates are the best for my level, and was happy to answer any questions that I had. Thanks for a pleasant experience!

Highly recommend this place. Stephanie was a gem, very friendly and approachable such a pleasure to deal with, she makes my lil one and I (who don't know much about ice skating) comfortable by explaining about the figure skating shoes with extra tips and info on how to care for them. Margaret also kindly helped us, we are happy customer today coming home with our brand new jackson mystique skates.

Wish I could give zero stars. Asked a simple question and the sales people were so defensive and rude. Wont be returning to this store or rink again.

100% recommend. Margareth was so nice, helpful and patient with me. Starting out is overwhelming and she went through the trouble of going over every ice skate model with me and actually convinced me that I did not need a super expensive one that I was already willing to buy, because a cheaper one would be actually better fitted for what I intended to do. Thank you so much for being so helpful Margareth, I am definitely coming back!

Margaret and the rest of the staff are friendly and really put in an effort to make sure you get the skates most suited to you, I've never had anyone spend so much time ensuring I was comfortable in boots especially because they are quite a challenge to fit due to their unusual width and size. The best place I've been to for all skating supplies and excellent service! Wouldn't trust anyone else with my skate gear

Extremely disappointing and excessively experience. Avoid this shop and go somewhere else. Bought figure skates and paid over $100 more than other Sydney ice skate shops. Also, a very poor quality sharpening service so I had to pay to have my skates sharpened correctly elsewhere. Plus, skates bought for my child were fitted incorrectly and they wouldn’t accept a return. The owner is moody and seems disinterested. I won’t be going back the iSkate Shop at Canterbury Ice Rink, which is a shame because it’s a great rink to skate at, but skip the skate shop.
