I have just had the most horrific experience with a radiographer at IMED Wagga. I will never go there again. I am very sad that the patient care is so poor that I will travel 4 hours just so I can avoid using their services again
It is a rare experience to walk into a business and be greeted and treated by staff who show such empathy and respect especially towards the elderly and the obviously ill. I am greatly impressed with their humour, care and knowledge. You lost a star for your music which I feel could be tilted towards easy listening 60s style!
The reception staff are beyond rude. Chloe the trainee needs an attitude adjustment and Ronda needs to calm down and not be so rude.

Loz at reception was an absolute gem today, thank you for being so kind and caring when I came in.
Services and staff great as always and fantastic. We were advised wearing masks was a requirement of entry, but several people there for appointments weren't why? You try explaining to a child why an adult isn't wearing one and he is being made to. Made an already unpleasant time more difficult!
