Had a procedure done today and can only say that whilst they were running late once the procedure was started the nurse and the technician were very caring and professional. Everything was explained to me and they were proficient and knew what they were doing. They were very busy however treated me well and did their best to put me at ease. Can’t fault either of the receptionists that served me they were polite and pleasant. Very happy with my experience at their rooms. Thank you.

Good people here, they are under excessive work load, so people please be patient, they are only human and deserve respect, helping you is there priority, came here tonight at 6.15 pm for an MRI, great work and I praise the staff

Receptionist was so rude and spoke in a manner I wouldn't let my children speak to anyone. She had long straight black hair and she's been rude to my friend before also. Needs a big attitude adjustment. Rude to customers who ask for assistance or have a question. She gossiped with the other receptionist about a customer and another staff member for at least 5minutes so loud they were heard across the room about how much they didn't like the staff and the client them. Discusting to have a job dealing with people and her boss lets this happen. May she learn this is not good for business. Go elsewhere.anywhere but imed radiology. Toukley are nice. Morrisett are nicer than here.

I waited 3 weeks for an MRI appointment. The day final came and I had to drive an hour to get to IMED Kanwal. Having to take all your jewellery off before arriving, I still had a ring on that I can’t get off and a 2mm tunnel in my ear that is not removable. It didn’t worry me as IMED Erina have done MRI’s on me before and these 2 pieces of jewellery weren’t an issue. I was asked to undress and put a gown on. Upon waiting to be taken in a rude girl fronted me and said “I’m not doing your MRI unless you remove that earring”. I replied with “I can’t get it out”. Go to a piercing place she said once again being very rude. I’m in agonising pain with a bulging disc in my back and without this MRI I can’t have my cortisone injection.
I have a surgeons appointment booked, a doctors appointment booked and no MRI to take with me.
Would IMED Kanwal care to pay for these appointments I can’t make now? Oh and my fuel costs for travelling all that way for nothing? Absolutely disgusted how I was treated and just dismissed by one certain girl there today.
I’ll never recommend this place to anyone.

It was the fastest most efficient appointment I've every had and staff were so so caring and kept me calm through my experience with mri on my knee will definitely recommend i-med kanwal

Booked an appointment for an ultrasound online no problem, only to be told once I arrived with 12 week old baby that only Erina does the ultrasounds for infants. Sort it out. Such a waste of time!

Best radiology I have ever been to very efficient service and super friendly staff. 5 stars

Woman in same uniform as receptionist, walked in. As I had been waiting for a while, I simply asked her "if I had to pay for xray"? She replied "I don't know I just got back from theatre sweetheart" I then asked "can you ask someone out the back". Again, she replied with same answer. Apparently she thinks she is pretty special as I had to hear again how she just got back from theatre and called sweetheart again. Well she might think she is smart but evidently not smart enough to answer simply questions. Very rude!

Worst experience of our lives. Would get better from a public photo booth can not be forgiven for there incompetence. Strongly consider going somewhere else.

Been here way to often, but you do get the best care here! Staff are always courteous and professional!

Needed foot xrayed not covered by medicare, cost 295.00, need specialist referral, six months waiting to see specialist, foot swollen and painful, have to wait not knowing what is wrong

Now that is how it should be done! I arrived at the clinic for a spinal scan, I was in and out within 10 mins. Staff were helpful and friendly, as always.

I had an ultrasound done here after some strange bloodwork.long story short, they missed my ectopic pregnancy. My mother-in-law is a doctor and insisted that I have another scan done at a private clinic the next day, where they found the ectopic and I was booked into the hospital immediately and had emergency surgery the following morning. Their rush to get my scan done could have cost me my life.
