Impossible to make an appointment. I’be been trying to call for the past 2 days and no one answer

It's been nearly 7.5 working days since I had an X-Ray at I-Med Dee Why and still no results. I am a cancer survivor and the mental anguish felt when waiting for results is horrible every time, so to wait this amount of time for a report on a simple test like an X-Ray is completely unacceptable. Staff are nice but I have no confidence in their follow through. I have phoned numerous times and been advised that I'm on the 'urgent list'. Not sure they understand the meaning of urgent.

His cortisone injections to my neck and hip (meralgia Pathestic) was a great success.

My visit today started off extremely well. The receptionist was so polite as was the young man (apologies for not remembering name). On entering room for ultrasound I was told by radiographer that the young man was joining us, I’m assuming he too was a radiographer and I had no problem at all with that. After maybe 15-20 mins the female left and the male finished ultrasound who I have to say was very professional and very thorough. The last five minutes another female entered (Sue I think) who said she would take over as the next patient had already been waiting fifteen minutes and she needed the room. She told me to use the tissue that was used to stop gel getting on my clothes and then proceeded to rip the tissue from the bed that I was lying on to clean myself up Really! The first radiographer (female) did not offer me a gown so not the male radiographers fault. I felt her manner very bad.

This is the best radiology clinic in Sydney Australia! They are so kind here and take such good care of you! Especially if you are an overseas visitor. GAY is the best receptionist ever!

Turned up and they were running 30 minutes late. They refused to give me a hard copy of my x-ray, instead insisted on sending me and my doctor a link to the xrays online. But they never did send the doctor the link so when I got to the doctors to review the xrays he didn't have them, (a waste of $110 for me) - They did send me the link but with no password so I couldn't access them. To date have not seen the xrays. Hopeless really. Bad service is what you must expect from a corporation I suppose.

Booked and appointment for 9: 45am, arrived at 9: 40am, there was a queue at the door, so when got to receptionist it was already a bit over 9: 45am. The receptionist said I missed my appointment and that I had to wait till 10: 30am, which is already absurd. Now it's 10: 50am and I'm still waiting while everybody else is called in. This is ridiculous and really disrespectful. Terrible customer service and lack of priority for disabled people.

Sent out images to a wrong doctor where clearly it was informed at the reception. When called to fix it, they gave us some foolish explanation. Please improve your services when working providing services to this critical detailed industry!

This place is a rabbit warren at the back of a tarted up old factory.
When trying to get out following the exit signs, you finish up in a part-time reception area where you see daylight behind a firmly shut door.
The girls get all loud and huffy when someone goes in there.
It reminds me of Hindmarsh Island’s sacred and secret women’s business.

They have designated parking, so you don't have to walk miles with your injury. The place is clean and the staff are great. Easy to get an appointment. Just go here.

Great experience! Super professional from start to finish. On both occasions I’ve been to this Radiology Center the receptionists have been absolutely lovely and accomodating. The ultrasounds and technicians have been extremely professional and personable. Thanks IMED!

Have had foetal scans at I-MED Dee Why and it was a lovely and positive experience. Technicians really took the time to make it a memorable and exciting experience. It is our first baby and we had a scan elsewhere before, and it was not comparable. Staff at IMED are lovely. Thankyou to the team

Took the day of work to take my pregnant wife for an appointment we where running literally 5 minutes late which I told them in advance when we arrived they said our appointment was canceled as we where 5 minutes late the office staff asked the technician if they would still fit us in and they refused and we would have to rebook a appointment for weeks later the customer service was terrible will not be going here ever again extremely rude.

Going to I-med Dee why a few times in the last week I experienced the best service. All the staff were so welcoming and helpful. They were patient and organised. Congratulations often you might have a few great staff members however everyone were fantastic.

Fiona (ultrasound) was brilliant with my 7yo who was very daunted by the unknown procedure. Highly recommended.
