Bone and nerve was hit during cortisone in Sept 2021 and I ended up in more pain than before the procedure. Dr John Korber left the room immediately. I was Promised a reply from I-MED In Dec 2022 and a refund of the money I had spent to date with I-MED (by Carlos) neither were done. Unprofessional doctor and clinic. Was a loyal patient of I-MED, not anymore. Avoid this place.

Amazing I couldn’t ask for more, the gentlemen that took me through the procedure (ct scan) was super patient I could not have asked for more.

Not sure of his name but he was young and English from my educated guess. Reception was also friendly - 10/10 experience personally.

Arrived at 0800 it’s now 0920 and still waiting. How could they be running an hour and a half behind when I was the first patient?

After some issues with reception for booking my
ultrasound regarding dates and their concerns with very early pregnancy ultrasounds I made an appointment for the Monday.

After expediting some not ideal symptoms this morning I rang my doctor who asked me to change my ultrasound to urgent. I immediately rang i-med who told me to go straight in. I initially thought and was told I may have to wait a little while however I was called straight through. The sonographer was very thorough and professional and sensing my anxiety he requested my report for my GP be made urgent. I felt very comfortable and after speaking with my GP I am so grateful that imed could accomodate my request for an urgent ultrasound so I didn’t need to spend all weekend stressed.

I have since been made aware that the calls to make an appointment go to a seperate area which would explain the miscommunication when booking my initial scan.

I have always had an amazing experience with imed with their upto date machines and professional sonographers. Thank you!

I have never had such a poor service experience with a health care provider. This imaging centre brand I would give a wide birth to if you are wanting a satisfactory experience with an MRI. Churning through as many patients as possible as a business venture without proper follow up reporting in a timely manner is not appropriate patient care and is not acceptable in the health care industry. Waiting over a week for an MRI report is just ludicrous especially when you are told 3-4 days and then continually lied to in the process. There are plenty of competitors that offer this service, do your research before choosing I-MED and save yourself the stress and anxiety.

Everytime I have been to IMed Miranda, the receptionists and staff doing the scans have all been really lovely and very helpful, and today was no exception when I was there again this afternoon.

My 51-year-old mother went for an MRI today, and the receptionist was very rude to the point that she made my mum uncomfortable. My mother doesn't speak English very well. While trying to explain to her that she needed hard copies of the images, the receptionist dismissed her in an appalling way instead of slowing down and explaining to her the reason why she couldn't get the hard copies. The receptionist needs to be reminded that she lives in a 21st century multicultural society where English isn't everyone's first language. She also needs to retrain herself to show compassion and sympathy to sick people.

Bad customer service. No images issued to patient in appropriate format. This is my last time visiting this clinic. Made a complaint on their website, and no response!

Rude staff that clearly prefer talking to each other over serving a customer! That was one occasion then today called & was on hold for ages.so it said to press one to get a call back.still waiting, very unprofessional.

I have to add that even I sent email there no reply
Absolutely nightmare service, I asked to switch on music, but they switched on radio advertising, so all MRI procedure I had to listen to advertising. Seems doctors doesn't care about patients emotional well-being. Completely frustrating. The procedure very stressful itself and doctors created extra stress because doesn't care about people at all.

Be careful and first read what is requested for you to have done. As my mum had a couple of areas to scan at the same time. She was charged for items that she didn’t receive. When I questioned they were rude about it.
No wonder Medicare is having problems.

I booked a brain MRI for my elderly father who has vascular dementia. The earliest available was Sunday 9am. My father has very limited mobility and requires a wheelchair. The lady doing the MRI was very rude and said we should have booked the appointment on a weekday when more staff could assist my Dad. If I knew that, I would have done so. I was doing everything she asked of me, assisting in every way
possible yet she berated me repeatedly for not completing a form which I wasn't even given a chance to fill in. I have never been treated so rudely by staff there before. I was in tears. What a horrible person. I hope no one experiences what we went through today.

Such a great bunch of people. I had a few procedures booked and all the staff (reception and technicians) were fantastic and so genuinely caring and friendly. I had Xrays, Ultrasound and MRI in staggered appointments that had time gaps in between and found all the staff to be so thoughtful and helpful trying to accomadate me. Big Thanks to everyone at IMED Miranda.

First MRI experience, it was for my shoulder. I wish beforehand they would have told me how long approx I would be and the machine, and that they were going to put a weight on my wrist so I was in a very very uncomfortable position the entire time. As a result, the MRI was a very unpleasant experience, I had no idea it would be like this, and I wished they had done a better job of preparing me for it.

Also had call multiple times about getting my Xray and MRI printed. Funny how when they forgot they could print it in 5-10 minutes but the day before when I was close by they couldn't print it for hours.
