Stay away from this place!

I had my CT scan (Spinal) at 13: 30 on previous day and next day when I been to my GP at 17: 00, figured out that they had just sent the photos, no reports. GP was asking for the reports, without that she couldn’t go for any treatment plan. When I called them, they said reports need couple of more days to produce! Is this a joke or what? That means I had to suffer in back pain for couple of more days because i-med takes an ages just to produce a CT scan report!

Anyways, called them back again to make a request to expedite the report; the receptionist asked me to hold, I was waiting for 5 mins and then they just hang up! Couldn’t call them back because it was 17: 30 then and they closed.

I will never ever go there and recommend anyone to go there.

Stay away!

I’ll leave no star if I can. Untrained reception staff, very poor customer service, very rude. Blaming customer because the guy didn’t hear my answer. Choose other center if u have a choice.

The reception staff answ answer the phone promptly and are very polite and efficient. You don't wait very long for their walk in X-Ray radiology service. They are much better than Spectrum imaging in High St who don't answer the phone it rings out a lot.

Not sure what's going on. Booked 9 30am appointment for Saturday morning online. Turned up, nobody here, all open but empty. Website says closed, phone message same. Seems I wasted my time coming

All the staff are very professional, always politite, helpful and even went extra mile for me despite being very busy at that time. Thanks a lot for a positive experience in those uncertain and/or though times.

Friendly clinical staff let down by billing practices - I'm an international student and a request was made for the imaging request to be at the bulk-billed/MBS rate. Spectrum have never had an issue with this (paid the MBS rate upfront in cash and privately reimbursed by my OSHC provider) but I-MED claims it's a "Medicare ruling" that they cannot do so - unlikely since MBS have no say over how much private bills are. Was charged >$100 gap as a result. Would recommend if you've got Medicare AND you clarify that they bulk bill you, but for internationals - stay clear.

I have been there several times for investigations and also for occipital nerve blocks and I can say that honestly the entire team of support staff an technicians and doctors have been nothing short of great. Dr Korber is so kind, precise and careful.

I would give zero stars if I could.
Warning anyone needing a cortisone injection, go elsewhere.
I had mine two months ago and I am crying hysterical tears of pain typing this as the arrogant, overpriced and negligent doctor who performed mine kept pushing the needle in further when I screamed out to stop.
It felt like a bolt of lightning down my leg but he kept going and when the injection was going in, it was the most excruciating thing I have ever felt.

I told him when he pulled the needle out, too. Only to have him leave the room and have no one to answer any questions.

I obviously have nerve damage from that psychopath! Don’t go here!

I needed an ultrasound-guided procedure. Excellent experience, from the friendly efficient reception staff through to the nurse and doctor. The fee was covered fully by Medicare, so no payment - which surprised me, as another imaging service had quoted a high gap fee.

I can highly recommend I-MED Radiology - I felt seen and cared for by a sincerely helpful and compassionate team, from reception to the radiologists and technicians who are talented, reassuring and highly skilled, explaining the procedure throughout and answering all my questions clearly and patiently. Thank you for the work you do - it really makes a difference.

I personally had excellent service at I-Med Radiology Network. They are located on Level 7 of the private section of Prince of Wales Hospital in Randwick. You need to register in Suite 24 before being taken to Suite 27 for the procedure. The staff were all very nice, friendly and professional and service was quick and easy.

I attended the Randwick I-Med clinic last week for an exam. It was one of the best experiences in a medical practice I have had. The ladies at the front were welcoming and kind.
The person who did my examination made me feel extremely comfortable because I was in so much pain for my surgery several days prior.
Thank you for an amazing experience. I will be back for my follow up exams.

Go to SPECTRUM radiology. They were fast and gave access quickly. The Bondi Spectrum is run out of an old hair salon and they have printed signs all over the office telling you to access your records digitally but they didn’t know how to set it up. Instead of knowing how urgently I need to see my substitute doctor I have to wait till January because “iMed” think it’s the 50’s.now I have to get another X-ray with Spectrum so that someone will do it right and give me access. Don’t let iMed waste your time and bombard you with radiation when other places will do it faster and give you access to results.

Seriously either teach your staff to use the system or take down all the ads telling you to use the system
