I-MED Radiology Network reviews
28There are some amazing people earlier today my wife after collecting her scans fell down stairs in front of the private hospital at Campbelltown people immediately came to her aid, then people from I Med also came to her aid, took her inside made sure she was ok and gave her tea and biscuits then one of the radiographers accompanied her to her car, she is home now and very thankfully appears to be ok, on behalf of my wife and myself I say thank you.
Went for a nuclear medicine test on an urgent basis, long story. The receptionist did everything she could to get me in ASAP which was really appreciated & it was just as well as it turns out they picked something up that needs attention. All the staff are lovely and very helpful; the technician/nurse I had was so nice. The doctor I saw was a really decent man. Very caring and humble, not at all like some that you come across.
Our experience today was below expectation for Imed. We had a long long wait with a patient in pain after massive back surgery, and one receptionist suggesting our referral was not bonafide, then taking ages to confirm all good and get her in line. Please.this is not good enough
Amazing service, the receptionists are lovely and the staff who performed my mammogram and ultrasound were wonderful. They were very thorough and made me feel very comfortable.
Receptionist’s are always polite and helpful. The Radiographer’s/ist.and other specialists are professional, gentle and patient. I’ve never had an issue coming here, and it’s been a few year’s now. 5 stars from me
My brother had an MRI under sedation. The staff where absolutely amazing with him and kept me informed at all times
I have done my ultrasound with Melissa. She is very professional and experienced.
Thanks you so much Melissa.
I recently attended I-Med nuclear medicine at Park Central for a bone scan and wanted to pass on how genuinely caring the staff were. In particular Marianne was so patient and thorough when she explained the process and took her time to make sure that I understood what was happening. The staff are a real credit to your company and please pass on my feedback if possible.
I have had CT Scans, Bone Scans & most recently had to get an MRI with I-MED. I had no idea what to expect and when I went back the ladies were really lovely, I had no idea how enclosed the machine was & how claustrophobic I’d feel. I asked the ladies what would happen & explained that I was quiet anxious & they really made me feel much more at ease, giving me headphones as the machine itself was quiet loud & so they could talk to me & explain things throughout the procedure. Afterwards they also thanked me for being a great patient.
My experience was very positive. Thank you to the Imed team for accomodating me on short notice for an urgent scan.
Keep up the great work.
I went to do the ultrasound sound for my son as Medicare card yet to arrive, as per phone conversation I am happy to pay the amount $107 and claim to Medicare later myself, I was happy to do it.
While I was there line up and given the referral later all the paper work, as lady at the desk said you will pay after ultrasound done. After ultrasound done technician given the paper to give at the front to pay the fee, as soon as I arrive for to the front lady told I need to line up again, my question is if I need to line up why they did not charge me before as I was agree to pay $107 anyway.
Another things is that that lady was gone thorough again and again like I was doing something wrong, over the phone they said only one parent allow to entry but she start asking where your wife lucky she was still there. Not speaking friendly, speaking so rude. Not recommended.
Miss Ryan at the X-ray room and Miss Melanie and Reagan the lady at the front desk, was quick, friendly and kind. Service was excellent. (Sorry if spelled the name wrong)
I was told by the Gregory Hills staff to book at another clinic for nuclear medicine. I waited about haff an hour on the phone for an exceptionally rude receptionist who kept telling me she could not hear me because I was "dialling". I have no idea what she was talking about and told her several times I was not "dialling" but she insisted I was. It was clear though she could hear me perfectly well. She then went silent. I asked if she had hung up on me. She said no. By this time I was very annoyed. She would not give me the number of nuclear medicine so I could just deal with them directly. She then hung up on me. Righto, her name was Tabitha. She is totally unsuited to reception work in a medical setting or any setting (says a former medical receptionist). The days of the dragon medical receptionist tormenting the unwell sadly a well known phenomenon, are well and truly gone. I am sure you will have every excuse blaming me but you know your reception staff are notoriously rude. You've lost me as a patient and I'm sure there are many others.
Visited this place for my son today. Staff at reception was very arrogant and rude. I wanted to ask a quick question after X-Ray which is only a simple YES/NO answer. There were 4/5 ladies at reception looking at computer screen. No one wanted to take my question. One of them said I’m busy with another customer. Rest of them looking at the screen.
If there’s a lot customer that makes sense. But there was no customer at all. Even only 3 customer before me.
Rubbish place. I will never go there 2nd time.
Specifically I-med nuclear medicine.
Both the lady at reception and Marianne are just beautiful. They take their time with you, explain what to expect and are just simply kind hearts.
Such a pleasant experience compared to many other places I have been.
They booked me in for a MRI at 6pm (Jan4) but once i turn up, they close at 5pm.
Next day i call i-med for a call back from them and no surprise i didnt get a call back from them. You book months in advance, but these guys just wanna screw around with you when the day comes. These guys are useless. Will mention this to my specialist
Took my 3 month old daughter in for a hip ultrasound. Arrived 15 minutes prior to appointment as requested and my daughter became unsettled while waiting in line to be served. I told the receptionist upon registering that I was going to wait outside with her to calm her down. Over 45min later I went inside to ask why there was a delay and was told they tried calling me but I wasn't there even though I said I would be waiting outside (the receptionist who served me said she told the sonographer). Sonographer said she wasn't told. Not happy trying to keep a newborn calm so long outside in the 35 degree heat.
I have always had the best of attention here. Very helpful front office staff and great practitioners.
Had to have a scan that I was really nervous about. From the minute I walked in to the end of the process the ladies were terrific. Explained everything clearly and happy to answer any of my questions.
Had a fully body nuclear scan today, very friendly staff from as you walk to the reception desk, the lady has
Such a beautiful nature right through to the lovely assistant doing the scan.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRACTICE ESP IN THE NUCLEAR DEPARTMENT THAT DOESNT FROWN UPON OBESE PATIENTS. THANKYOU
