20I had pelvic ultrasound appointment that required my bladder to be full. And after waiting for an hour or so, the lady came and told us they could not do the ultrasound on the day & was asked come back for another appointment. What a joke. Never going to this place again.
Worst customer service, they hanged up on me because I didn't understand her question. Put through feedback and still no answer.
Very professional with the right amount of empathy. Excellent communication skills and my cortisone injection into my foot was done before I knew it!
Erton and Saad were extremely professional and friendly during my visit for an MRI. Usually tend to hate getting MRIs or other scans done, but their great service made this time round bearable. Thanks gents
So behind on the appointments, worst Imed in Sydney. I do not suggest, they are 20 minutes behind. I have been here twice now and both appointments they have been behind.

Have been there so many times. The staff performing the scans are amazing professional and so caring. Most of the reception staff are lovely and fast unfortunately a couple of times I have been waiting a long time to get served too busy chatting.

I accidentally booked and appointment for 7: 30 in Liverpool (open at 7: 00 am) which was intended for Gregory Hills, when I showed up, Olivia made me realise of my mistake, however she kindly found a way to squeeze me in so that I wouldn't have to wait for a new appointment, I didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes to be called into the ultrasoundroom, Matthew, the technician, was also very helpful and polite.
Be advised that in Gregory Hills they open at 8: 00
Didn’t receive report. Called 3 times. Each time told a different story, and still never received report. Third time, got told they’d print more photos and report if I wanted to come in, so said ok. Got put through to a different lady who was rude. Told me she would NOT be printing more photos and I shouldn’t ask for them. Only the report. Was saying I got the link texted when I never did. When I said no email or text have been sent. She goes ‘DID I SAY EMAIL? !? TEXT! ’ To which I replied for the 3rd time today, no link has been texted! She proceeded to tell me she knew for a fact it was and as she logged in to ‘prove it ‘ was like ‘oh… is hasnt and idk what’s happened. I’ll ask IT and hung up’. I just want the report for my 20 week scan. You pay a ridiculous amount of money, and can’t even seem to get what’s yours sent to you about your own child. But yet you’re meant to trust them with taking care of you and your babies. Rude disgusting behaviour
The staff is very lovely and helpful. Very professional and super clean. They made my experience feel very comfortable and less nervous. Recommend booking for during the week as its less busy and don't need to wait long.
Very friendly staff. There was only 5 minutes wait. The place is new. The chairs in the waiting room were not clear.
I suggest leather chairs. There's a T. V. Easy parking and it's at ground level. I received the photos next day through a link to my mobile. I was advised that the report will also follow shortly. I am not sure why there are bad reviews! I had the best experience.

My partner needed an endometriosis second scan - called to book in and specified endometriosis scan on the phone.
Turned up to her appointment and was left to sit there waiting, in agony with a full bladder (as this is required for an endometriosis scan). 20mins of waiting in pain, she asked them how long it would be, where they then proceeded to advise they didn’t do an “endometriosis scan”
All that pain and waiting for nothing when they had at least two opportunities to advise this.
Outrageous customer service.
Speak to someone who knows what scans they do and book Campbelltown.
The team at Gledswood Hills IMED are amazing! The reception staff are so lovely and caring. A special mention to Kuljit Raul, she performed my ultrasound, and was so thorough, kind and reassuring. Kuljit’s words of encouragement were very much needed, she has a beautiful soul. Thanks so much xoxo
I was really concerned when I read the reviews but got to report I had a great experience. There was a fairly big line on arrival but the staff constantly apologised for the wait and said they would get to us soon. When served the staff member was really helpful, happy to answer questions etc. Ngaire the lady who did the MRI was great taking extra time to ensure I was comfortable. Would definitely go there again.
The CT staff was very professional but the reception were hopeless and rude. My scans had no reports and asked for the report to show other medical professionals I am seeing. Was told Doctor likes to get report faxed. I have never had this problem at any other branches before and I am in limbo knowing how my Spinal Fusion is healing to January. Never going back to this branch again.
The blonde receptionist with glasses was very rude and snappy when I came with my mother. I tried asking her some questions and she was very short with her responses. I will not be returning due to her rude manner, very unprofessional.
The young blonde girl on reception is very rude and unprofessional. This is the 2nd time I have dealt with her and had a unpleasant experience, I have also had other friends that have been here and commented on her attitude and customer service. I will not be coming back here again for a ultrasound and will be sure to share my experience with other people around the area.
Been here twice in a couple of months. New, clean and very professional from the front desk to imaging personnel. Thank you for making visiting there a less stressful process.
Dropped in for medical scan, modern and new premises, waiting area not overcrowded, friendly and courteous staff. Appointment was on time, experienced and courteous scan operator.
Very good.
Only problem is front door is too heavily weighted and very difficult for disabled people to open.
This is the worst place around.
Got a flat tyre called them said please we are in the way.
Rushed was sick all day and they said sorry because of ten minutes i was turned away.
I went to the carpark was so sick from bein g emotional. Had booked in 20 week scan.
