I had a CT scan done at Imed narellan today and it was a really good experience. They were super helpful from the moment I walked in till the moment I walked out.

I had an amazing scan with a lovely tech. However, I never received the link to the amazing photos she got during my baby scan. I have phoned in excess of 5 times and the issue still hasn’t been resolved and I’m left with no images of baby.
I’m frustrated, waiting on hold for 30 minutes each time - then I get transferred and hung up on or the issue just doesn’t get resolved.
I want these photos and I paid a fair bit of money for this scan. I don’t understand why the issue can’t just be rectified instead of being told to call back all the time. Obviously there is an issue with the system or I would have gotten a text with the link.

Attended for my first ultrasound very excited but unfortunately I was served by a rude receptionist stating my partner could not come in for the ultrasound as he did not have a mask that I would be provided one but my fiance would not be and therefore couldn’t come in with me then was told to take a seat and I would be called in shortly. As any first time expecting mum would be I was immediately stressed I would be called in without my fiance as he went to look in our car for a mask which to our relief he found one.
Natalie - I hope when you go for your baby’s first ultrasound because you clearly aren’t a mum yourself - that you don’t get greeted by a receptionist like yourself as it is very upsetting and stressful to be threatened the father of your child cannot attend the first ultrasound! I would have expected to be treated with more respect and considering I am paying for the service that you would of happily accommodated and been more sensitive to the nature of my visit and provided a mask that is worth a few dollars.
I will be booking in elsewhere for future ultrasounds etc.
I will say I was happy with the sonographer although not being able to record or take photos on personal mobiles was a disappointment as I would have liked to capture some videos of baby moving around and pics that were not included on the USB.
Also having to print my own photos off the usb - printed photos I thought should be included.

I unfortunately didn't have a great experience here due to the sonographer I much prefer the Gregory Hills centre.

Phone line was busy but I was in Narellan anyway. Popped into make an appointment and the lovely lady at the front did everything she could to accomodate my availability and managed to get me in for a CT Scan right there and then. Talked about where results go and who gets what, walked out with my prints 10 mins later. Easy as!

Had 2 Ultrasounds one straight after the other. The customer service was fine however the radiologist herself was so lovely and caring. Answered all my questions even took the time to show me on the screen and explain Much more comfortable experience than I’ve had elsewhere in the past.

Very poor communication from the ultra sound lady, I felt like I was the one having to ask for what to do and what to do next, she didn't give me any instructions on what to do after my ultrasound I just had to guess, it's also been 5 days since it was done and my doctor still hasn't received the results from them, avoid this place please

Came for an ultrasound and had a great experience. The receptionist was friendly and helpful even though she seemed very busy. The sonographer was very friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout the ultrasound with some jokes and always letting me know what she was doing.
Sad that I have to go somewhere else for my next ultrasound as they don’t do the specific one I need at this radiology. Was really hoping to see the same sonographer again and felt very welcome at this radiology.

I have been to Narellan a few times now and have always received the best service. All the staff are professional and friendly. A busy clinic but they will always try to fit you in where possible.

Appointment for my 1 year old son.
Appointment was for 1: 00pm and was told to be here by 12: 45pm in which there was about 10 or so people in the line.
By the time I got done with their paperwork it was 1: 03pm
Was then told I was late for my appointment and would now see me when they can with a 1 year old thats been fasting
Top notch Narellan perhaps get more people than 1 person serving at a time and people wouldn't be "late" for their appointments.
There are better and efficient Imeds out there and this isn't one if it wasn't something extremely important i would of waited to go to another one

Very bad customer service.they booked appointment for my wife on the wrong date. While I explicitly told their employee to book on a weekend, they still booked on a Monday and when I called, they said they cannot do anything about it. It messed up my wife's specialist's appointment. I gave them a One star because I couldn't do anything less than that.

Walked out of an obstetric ultrasound in absolute tears due to the young male sonographers shocking bedside manner. Literally told him to get his hands off me and left. To make matters worse in his report instead of stating it couldn't be completed entirely he wrote 'no fetal heartbeat' so ofcourse I was sent for an emergency scan as soon as my dr received that report. It was sickening, not a nice thing to go through and all because of his attitude

Booked online for an ultrasound and received a confirmation email. No follow up call or text was received. Upon getting to my appointment I had to wait 30 minutes to be seen, and then only to be told I should have fasted for the particular ultrasound I was getting so it couldn't be done! I had taken a day off work and travelled out of my way to go to their clinic specifically and was turned away to return the next day. They then 'squeezed me in' the next day by bumping someone else's appointment! Poor service, poor customer experience, won't be returning.

Helpful but have long wait times for ultrasounds. Have to wait for 2 weeks.end August only appointment.

I was looking for Ultrasound appointment for my wife before certain date given that there was no appointment available at hospital. I left an enquiry online with Ultrasound details. I received the first call back with half an hour. Unfortunately, my cellular network got down and was down for almost 24 hour with limited connectivity. The Ema from I-MED didn't gave-up. She kept trying to contact until she reached me. Furthermore, she already searched for the availablity of appointment before hand. Excellent communication skills and getting work done for us. I-MED are lucky to have such dedicated employee with them. We visited Narellan branch and our overall experience was satisfactory. Thank you I-MED and thank you Ema.

Called up at 8am asking for an urgent CT scan. Fit me in within the hour. Staff are all highly professional and polite. Highly recommended!
