Ask every question possible otherwise it will not happen they do not ask youth requirements ortest had to drive to another test center because they could not do the scan despite us making multiple phone calls to them. We make booking two week befor the procedure but nobody give us right information

I walked in and was so pleased to have 2 X-rays done followed by an ultrasound. All one after the other. A smooth flow. 30mins in total. Reception area is a bit slow but the service process was flawless.

Concerned about the Privacy. Every time I came here, I see receptionists asked all the personal questions like DOB, Address, Mobile Number, etc loudly to confirm clients identity. It is very uncomfortable to tell them in-front of other patients. Sad part is receptionist can’t even hear and they ask these questions again…such a weird and unprofessional place. Please work smart and don’t make us uncomfortable with this personal datas.

Extremely unhelpful. We asked for the report to be sent to a different doctor and they said you have to physically come - no other options given.

Disappointing and unprofessional.
I attended I-med imaging Castle Hill for a chest CT. The imaging lady was very unprofessional and unskilled. She was unable to find a vein to put in the cannula required, and kept literally repeating "how strange" over and over because my veins were bad/deep. After a couple of attempts and my request for a doctor to do it instead she finally called the doctor. Which should have been done already without patients initiative.

The doctor was kind, professional, concerned and I cannot fault him.
However, after looking at my veins with an ultrasound he still could not place the cannula. So, essentially three people in the room (excluding myself) plus another who I can only guess was a " trainee" observing.just added to my nervousness.

Long story short.they gave up & called my G. P asking his feedback what to do.

I got the sense that because it was Friday afternoon that they just wanted to go home. Customers don't want to spend their Friday there either but when it's a potential life threatening illness which necessitates a scan, it seems very unprofessional to just "give up".

There needs to be protocols in place for customers with difficult veins such as buying special lights. Or even something as simple as applying a heat pack to the area prior can help.

Overall it's probably good that they were unable to do the test. Because if the technician lady was that unprofessional when trying to place a cannula there's also risk of her being incapable when taking the images. Customers need to feel confident that the images were taken and read correctly.

The reception staff themselves were fine.

Staff were all friendly and helpful. MRI report was incorrect - said there was nothing wrong with my hip. Specialist had to send me for another MRI (elsewhere) as images were such a poor quality. Turns out I’ve got a torn ligament and torn cartilage that may need surgery.

I wouldn't even give 1 star. I waited almost an hour and had to leave without even having the scan. How disrespectful and downright rude. I guess they'll use the old 'there was an emergency' excuse. Hmm.

I had an appointments booked for 9 am for a CT Scan. I arrive at 8.45 am to ensure I would be on time. At 9.45 I am still waiting so I approach reception. I ask if there was a delay and the answer was no but you had been asked to arrive early for a "drink". During Mt waiting period in the reception area I was never approached by anyone. Nor was I told about this drink. I had a pressing appointment afterwards that had to be cancelled by thus in competence.

Don't go here

I visited the clinic recently and the service was exceptional. From the person at reception to the staff who did the imaging, everyone was friendly and efficient. My wife and I have been to this clinic a number of times and have always been looked after with great care. Keep up the good work!

2 ultrasounds, one report completely wrong said I had a type of ultrasound I didn't even have, the other one report said there were no abnormalities when there were that my ob/gyn picked up on instantly. 2 false reports, an extra year of excruciating pain and having to see a specialist to get answers. Very disappointed, will never go here again. Won't be surprised if earlier ultrasounds and MRIs were false too.

Second time coming to this place. Nothing changed over 4 years. Staff at this place lacks any kind of compassion for people who come into their practice!

Receptionists are so unfriendly and unwelcoming except for the young lady who sits in the leftmost corner with black hair who has served me earlier too in a very friendly manner.

I had booked a angiogram ct scan of my coronary on last tuesday for today the 10th of may.i arrived 45 minutes before the time and did all the necessary paper work and the receptionist even got my blood resuts from neighbour henly moir pathology.but to my shock and horror at ten past 9am i was told by the radiologist that the procedures cant be carried out as they did not have the right equipment to do so.the thing that i am shocked is nither the person who booked me nor the reception staff even after going through the doctors referel were not aware about the thing.i waisted 3 days preparing for this test and missed out my days work resulting in financial loss of around $400.00 dollars.i would persue this matter with the concern authority so that necessary action can be taken against imed.

I have had many scans at Castle Hill and have always found the staff to be quick, efficient and polite. Tracy was particularly helpful with my paperwork. I would not hesitate to recommend I-MED.

I have had many examinations at this radiology including xrays.ultra sound and numerous scans. The staff have always been accommodating and welcoming. Always feel at ease. I particularly note a receptionist named Tracy as being most professional,

I've had many procedures at this radiology and continue to return and recommend them to friends and family. The attention of Tracy at reception has been fantastic in particular. I feel she deserves to be singled out as she always goes over and above to ensure I am comfortable and informed of the process regardless of what procedure I am having.

Extremely upset with the unprofessional approach that I had received today from Leanne. I was booked in for a dating scan today (thus being my first, and hoping to gain a beautiful memory and experience.) Unfortunately that never happened for my husband and I, which has now left us with a memory of how we were treated rather than seeing our first baby.

I understand people may have a bad day - and that's ok, I can easily push that to the side. However, during my ultrasound, Leanne was constantly rolling her eyes at questions, didn't bother switching the sound on for me to hear my baby's heartbeat for the very first time, in turn I was left in utter shock, and simply just shut down for the fear that she would have done something spiteful with my results. -Imagine having to feel that way!

It was a terrible vibe and a terrible experiance for anybody to have encounted. I came here happy, the receptionist were lovely but as soon as I entered the room with Leanne, I felt unwelcome, and as though Leanne did not want to be there, or possibly annoyed with having to deal with someone with an ethnic background. I simply cannot pin-point what exactly she was annoyed about or what I did to deserve such cold horrendous treatment. However, what I do know, is how she made me feel, and I feel extremely hurt and upset! Something so beautiful was completely ruined by her ignorance, unfriendly attitude, and just plain rude self. I cannot express how uncomfortable and rushed we were, and the fact that I felt the need to shut my mouth and not stand up for myself, instead I stayed quiet because I felt intimidated and honestly assumed I could put myself and my baby at risk by speaking up. It's absolutely not right, Its not right to feel as though you are a burden, it's not right to feel as though you cannot ask questions, and it is certainly not right to be treated as if you were a piece of dirt underneath her shoe.

I will however be esculating this issue with the Health Care Complaint Commission. In the meantime, my contact details are in your system's database, therfore I expect an apology directly from Leanne and expect this matter to be dealt with accordingly.
