I recommend this place very highly. They very caring, very human, friendly and lovely, especially really great fantastic service from lady secretary Selda, is fantastic. Thanks for your kindness.

Why was I able to book an appointment online for 8.00am, have it confirmed, only to find that the centre did not open untl 8.30.
BUT the staff at Chester Hill were extremely accommodating and helpful allowing me to have an immerdiate appointment.

I went this morning to this imaging centre. The receptionists were very friendly and respectful. The sonographer was beyond amazing. She made sure I was fully comfortable during my examination. She was very kind, treated me with respect and happily answered all my questions. I will definitely return again in the future

I went for ultrasound to I-MED Radiology at Chester hill and during waiting for my turn I got fainted and they gave me first aid and after coming back in my consciousness I vomited there but I can say how professional and friendly they are! They helped me and my husband alot. This whole process happened twice but they didn't make angry faces and whole staff tried to feel us relax and after that they called an ambulance for me. The staff is really good. I wish I knew them earlier! No one compares to Them. Even the next day they called my husband and asked about my health. I will never go anywhere else! Highly recommended. Definitely

The worst services ever, the radiologist was clueless about everything…. Wouldn’t recommend this place even if it was the last place on earth!

I just had an ultrasound done with I-MED Radiology at Chester hill and can I say how professional and friendly they are! I wish I knew them earlier! No one compares to Them. I will never go anywhere else! Highly recommended. Definitely From me but honestly they deserve more.

I just had an ultrasound there, the staff at reception were very professional and well organized. I love the booking online so convenient and easy and I was able to book in on the same day I jumped on.

My sonographer was amazing! Helped me out so much with my pregnancy questions and ultrasound. I felt safe and comfortable and would totally recommend coming here for any radiology appointments!:)

Poor service, un-trained staff. For a health facility attention to detail is key
this places lacks training, education and attention to detail.

This place does not even know how to book an appointment. On top of not knowing how to book an appointment they made me wait 2 hours only to tell me come back in 3 days we can book you in today what an absolute joke.
