Fantastic service and great empathy shown for me when I was in a quite desperate situation, needing scans done urgently. Special mention to Katie at the front desk.

I am absolutely satisfied with the service provided by these guys. The lady at the reception was very patient and helpful in creating the new record in the file. Margaret from the Scanning room is fantastic, she explained clearly the process of scan, steps involved, how do we feel during and after the scan, etc.

The guys here are very much caring and am impressed with their customer service. Way to go!

Staff aren’t answering the phones, and nobody responding to online appointment requests. This is a ghost clinic.

Erina branch is Rude and Unhelpful, I MED Kanwal is much more personable, helpful and professional

The whole experience was very pleasant from the different staff i spoke to with my several phone calls to the staff inside the building to actually having the mri which honestly i found the noises and enclosed space very relaxing to the point i was disappointed when it ended.

Required X-ray & Ultrasound, arrived with no appointment and receptionist went above and beyond to get an appointment same day.

Friendly and professional service, rushed the reports to my Doctor the next day.

Outstanding service by Dr Mickel……, and staff at Erina branch. There was an issue with the injection. He went out of his was to solve the problem, and was so compassionate, and gentle with the painful site that was being injected. Easily give them a 12 out of 10.thank you thankyou thank you

I have been to Imed a couple of times now. Used to go to prp but changed when prp started demanding I send away my mask medical exemption for approval before I could be seen, on the day of my appointment. Went to Imed for MRI. My visit has been an absolutely wonderful experience. Clean and uplifting surroundings. The kindest, most helpful and friendliest staff. Very understanding and empathetic. Just what you need when you go to a place like that when you're not feeling good. Can't recommend enough.

This place can be a hit or miss depending on who is in charge at reception. I have been going there for year now and again had good and bad experiences. My last one was disappointing, called to make a booking for a procedure and person at the phone mentioned he needed to get back to me in regards to my request. Never heard anything again and called again a few days later just to learn that my previous request for an appointment has completely been swept under the carpet. Didn't feel as if I was looked after in a professional manner and thus changed to a different radiology provider.

I found the staff so kind, patient and gentle when I went for my MRI. I was very nervous but they put me at ease and understood my fears. Thank you so much ladies

I attended I-MED RADIOLOGY AT KANWAL TodayI was greeted by the secretary behind the desk, started filling in form, from there I was shown into the X-ray section for my M. R. I. I cannot fault the staff at the Erina office. They are very friendly and efficient. What I found harrowing was my experience in the MRI machine. The ear plugs provided were useless and it was a very uncomfortable experience. If not for this they would have 5 stars.

Booked a 9.30 am appointment, turn up on time and told that they are running 30 mins late, then get told they are running an hour late, finally leave at 11.30 to make it to a radiation appointment at 12pm. Would have been nice if they'd rung before hand to say they were running late as a courtesy, as my family were in the car park waiting for 2hrs. Not acceptable! And where was the apology?

Fantastic care provided by the Dr G Bardon, Nurse Margaret & CC h'way reception staff, when my elderly mother collapsed there last week. They responded so quickly checking her vitals & giving her oxygen. Then they observed her every 15mins, for a few hours, until she was well enough to return home. We are so thankful for their professionalism & kindness!

1. A specialist advised me to get an MRI as soon as possible, the lady at MRI reception said I had to wait for 6 weeks to get an appointment.
The tech then asked me, if I had done an Xray on it, he said he wasn’t sure why specialist’s would ask for an MRI without an Xray (clearly he knew more)
The receptionist unwillingly booked me in for the Saturday after a few dramas
2. I received a call on Friday at 9: 15AM to see if I could make it at 9: 30 as they had a cancellation. Not sure if this going above and beyond or rock up when we ask you to.
3. If you are bored on a Saturday morning and have nothing much to do, try this place.
Great entertainment!

Finally, I went on in Saturday to get an MRI and followed signs to MRI reception desk and stood there for 5 mins and then decided to sitdown to find a sign, “Reception Closed, go to Karalta Lane Reception”

Step 1: Follow the sign to MRI and to go reception
Step 2: Wait at MRI reception and find no one, wait longer
Step 3: Get tired and sit down
Step 4: Find the sign and think, would have helped if the sign was up somewhere people could see
Step 5: Go back to the reception on the otherside
Step 6: Fill in all details
Step 7: Go back to MRI Reception and wait
Step 8: Read sign, Please do not use mobile phone in this area
Step 9: Read another sign Free WiFi at I-med
Step 10: You cant spend a Saturday elsewhere with such entertainment value

The sonographer I saw was fantastic. He was very friendly and professional throughout my appointment. Recommended and I would definitely come back here again in the future. I hope I can see him again for my next visit.

The staff here were helpful and friendly making the whole experience as pleasant as could be. It only took around 20 minutes for the procedure but I guess it depends on what you are there for and what is your problem. I also found The Doctor to be helpful with his explanation.
